Would have been a good smoothie if it had actually been blended. I couldn't even drink it through the straw because the ice and fruit were too big and not blended.

Usually love this place but tonight was different. I got my usual chipotle chicken wrap and a smoothie and I got home and halfway through my wrap I bit into something hard and pulled out a large chunk of chicken bone/cartilage. When I called to report my discovery, the employee had 0 concern and when I asked if they were able to do anything about it he replied “I’m pretty sure that’s just how chicken comes”. Very disappointed with such response and lack of care. If I was a child i easily could’ve choked on such thing. I’m lucky enough I didn’t chip a tooth when I took a bite.

I've become a consistent customer while I'm across the street at work using doordash. I had problems once, where the dasher stole my food, but the manager at this store was so kind and refunded my purchase! Love Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

I have been before but this location is lacking, the smoothies we bought has chunks of frozen fruit left and we’re not even closed to blended. The food was ok but pricey for the taste. Won’t be going back

got severed moldy bread on my sandwich don’t know what else could’ve possibly had mold. Definitely not okay to serve food with mold and the desk lady blew it off like It wasnt a big deal

I ordered a wrap, banana, and a 12 oz smoothie. I’m not sure what caused it but something gave me food poisoning. I haven’t ever experienced anything this awful before. Lots of throwing up, and bathroom issues, that ended up keeping me up all night. I’m writing this to not be an annoyance, but more to be aware of checking expiration on products so nobody else gets this sick in the future! ?
