Service was great, but when I was eating my lunch I found a Long hair wrapped in my noodles. When I pulled it out, me and my girlfriend threw our bowls out and left. Maybe try hair nets? I find this unacceptable.

So coworker of mine has been bringing this to work every day for a week or so. I decided I have to give it a go.Go in staff was lovely very helpful.Help me figure out what I wanted to get, and I got it.Use their restroom and left. When to go, get, gas could not find my wallet. Call them up.They found it along with my headphones and had it secured safely for me. Immediately turned around to go get it.

Will be going back again!

My husband and I have Zao: Asian Cafe every Sunday after church. On Sunday yesterday we branched out to this location, and We were very impressed. Much cleaner than other locations. Food looked fresh and tasted delicious. 4 Stars for service, Only one girl working everything, She was lovely but it was slow. And she was helping us and many other customers, no other employees in sight. Needs more employees to run a store. And unfortunately only 2 Stars for The atmosphere, there was screaming and insults being heard in the back of the store. Girl got the yelling to stop and apologized, we were Put off by the yelling though. Overall 4 Stars, good portions, good prices, nice employees, fresh food.

Good food, reasonable prices, and good service, no notes

We came here 20 minutes before closing and they were out of steak and out of tofu with no intentions to make more. I went without since I only their tofu, my husband settled for pork. That’s poor customer service. Don’t say you’re open until 9 if half your food choices are going to be out by 8:40. We used to love coming here but we may choose to skip it for now on. Also, their bowls are significantly smaller and each time we go they seem to give smaller portion sizes each time.

Incredible customer service! Way way way better than the cafe rio down the street!! Why have we not been coming here sooner I don't know! The workers Ever and Paige were super nice! And they aren't even paying me to say that!

This used to be a place we would go to often. It feels like the quality is going down. I always get the tacos and lately it’s mostly lettuce and tortilla without hardly any meat in it. Super disappointed!

We had a great experience here for dinner tonight. Always enjoy Zao, and the team here was super friendly to us even when we arrived not long before closing. They went out of their way to thank us for our business and to serve. I always appreciate when fast casual restaurants aren’t trying close early and push customers away near closing time.

This was my first time eating here and it was better than I expected. One never knows what to expect when getting very Americanized Asian food and some of their menu items sounded really weird and did not look appetizing.

I got the rice noodles bowl with beef and yellow curry. I ordered it with almost all the toppings and it was decent. It would have been better with chicken, but I still ate all of it. It didn't stay with me for long though and I was hungry a little while later.

I'm glad that we got the food to go because he restaurant was loud. There were not very many people there, but the music was loud and the ambiance seemed unappealing.

This place is pricey. For a meal that didn't keep me full for long, it cost too much.

Absolutely love this place! Food is always fresh! The kids at the counter are always pleasant. I eat here at the end of the day when everyone else is closing I know I can count on zao’s. What I’d like to know is exactly how much chicken are we supposed to receive in a bowl? I often see the kids holding back when serving chicken. If I was to put the chicken together it’s probably half a chicken breast. I always ask for extra chicken but I wait before I ask for it because it seems they’ve been taught to give a little so you can upcharge us for double chicken. That bothers me a lot. I’m a grown man and you are serving me a kids portion. Anyway I always end up paying 20 dollars for my plate after the double chicken charge, the soba charge and the extra for the guacamole and than you ask for a tip. I really don’t mind but the least you can do is serve the proper portion.

This location was the best one I’d been to! went on a date with my boyfriend and the staff was very friendly. There was a bit of a wait but they were very appreciative of our patience. One specific employee was very kind and hilarious but I’m not sure what his name was.
