The food is standard Arby's fast food. I like their menu even though I try to avoid fast food as much as possible. The service leaves a lot to be desired though. There is often a long wait for your food, and it can sometimes be wrong or lacking in napkins or sauce that you've asked for. Sometimes everything is nice and clean and sometimes they're out of sauce or straws. It really is hit or miss, as with most fast food places in the Basin.

The roast beef was a dark brown smelled horrible. I couldn't eat it. Employees were super nice but looked bored. But the food, nope. I was traveling and not turning back. Arby's is off my dinner list now.

Very disappointing. Always takes forever to get your food, especially when you are in the drive-through. Recently, the new thing during the evening hours has been being told that "We are out of meat." Or "we are closed." When they are within their operation hours.

The last visit i waited for about 15 minutes at the drive up while i watched the employees goofing around through the drive through window. When I recieved my food get the sandwich and the fries cold and stale. This was the last straw as I'm not willing to pay for 15 to 20 dollars for one meal and receive this type of service. I will not return and recommend everyone else to not waste your money.

Lobby is closed during certain hours for no reason, why have a Arby’s in a store if you can’t access it from inside, would rate it 0 stars if I had a option, not only that the mess up my order everytime and sometimes they give me a small size for the price of large, ( why not tell me before hand y’all didn’t have a large) I didn’t wanna order a large meal with a small drink
