I only got 2 honey mustard wraps and one of them the chicken was chewy almost like it was under cooked.

When this restaurant first opened, the community was so excited. Now it has gone downhill tremendously. The service is abysmal. I had to wait close to 20 minutes in the drive-through for a whopper. The inside lobby isn’t much better. It looks like it only gets cleaned every other day. If this restaurant didn’t have the Burger King logo and was just a Ma and Pa restaurant, it would have had to close it doors years ago

We ordered a whopper with cheese and just mayo,but he got ketchup instead. Ordered fish and there was hardly any tartar sauce on it and it was cooked to long,because it was hard. We also ordered cheese sticks and asked for marinara sauce and received nothing. We will not be going back 😡

We waited for 10 min in the drive through after they asked us to wait. We went in and they said they could only directly take orders with cash. Why not say something? Another vehicle in line just backed out.

Slow. Waited 10 minutes for somone to take our order at the drive thru, Waited another 35 to even pay. Woman came to the back window and made eye contact but then just left without taking my card. Nobody came back to take my money until people in line started honking. When someone did come back he acted very disinterested, though he did apologize for the wait. After we paid we quickly got our food. Other people in line weren't so patient and we saw about 7 cars just hop out of line and leave. Chicken nuggets were nearly black with either how dirty the oil was or how burnt they were. They also weren't very warm at all. 0/5 stars. Slowest "fast" food ever had in my life. It's obvious the owners and managers don't care about the business. They don't staff correctly, hire dismissive employees, have zero quality control, and don't seem to care about these negative reviews they keep getting.

Would do less stars if I could. Slowest drive through ever. Literally sat there for over 30mins. Watched people come to the back to grab cups to stock and not even take my card. Finally after like 40 minutes the guy behind us honked and someone finally came to take our card. My nuggets were burnt and even after 40 minutes of preparing my order, they forgot my ranch and gave me old chicken nuggets. Management really should do better here at having employees prioritize the customers.
