I decided to give this place to try today, I have an eaten here for a year because of a bad experience a year ago thought I'd give them a chance. The food was terrible the bun was hard and tasted old over $10 for food that I couldn't even this place needs new management.

all the wrong tools

Spent 25 minutes in the line, i was #2.Was handed a drink that wasnt mine, had to give it back, she didnt want it back, i have no cup holders. Shes upset i didnt just take her mistake.Then i get my food, i asked for no mayo, i got no ketchup and mustard aswell, the drinks were warm and flat.So i spent 22.23 of 2 medium fries... The rest of my food went in the trash.Please close this location it's pathetic in this condition.

Slowest and worst tasting BK ever. Ole snaggle tooth at the window needs to learn to get off the phone when taking care of customers and watch her language. Also never said a single word to me while giving us our food and drinks. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place...

This is the SECOND time i have tried to give this location a chance. Both times i sat in drive thru for at least 20 minutes waiting for them to just TAKE THE PAYMENT! and still no one came to the window. We pulled forward and knocked on the window and still nothing.Went inside to try and give them the payment and my food still had not even been made and they still would not take the payment. So we told them to forget the order because that was ridiculous. This happened both times.I would say NEVER waste your time with this location.

I watched one employee work both windows and take an order to a waiting customer in the curbside pickup. She was on top of it and she still had a wonderful disposition.

Terrible experiences here the few times I've tried. Ice cold burgers, long waits, overall terrible experiences and wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever, even if you're desperate just go somewhere else.

I went through the drive-thru and I had to wait over 5 minutes to just even pay for my bill. Then when I got to the second window and I asked the lady are my fries fresh. Oh yes, they've just came off the grease. So when I tasted it they were warm.... not hot. my cheese hamburger was cold. The cheese was not even melted. The service was lousy. Food was even worse.

I can't give any stars to this establishment, but in order to post I have to give one. It was 11-25-23 at approximately 12:30 pm. Myself and 3 other people came into the restaurant to eat lunch. We waited at the front counter, where a couple of people in the back made eye contact, but made no offer to help. We tried to go to the self-serve kiosk, but they did not seem to be working. We then noticed two other employees sitting at the back of the restaurant eating, they also offered no assistance. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not stop at this establishment... service is BAD!!

Lazy lying staff. Ordered a meal and a couple orders of chicken nuggets for my kids. Was told the frozen coke machine wasnt working. Each item was rung up individually. I received 4 receipts for 1 order. Drinks were flat so I went around the drive through again and went straight up to the window and told them my drink was flat. Girl at the window said "I have no clue" and I asked her to replace my drinks with carbonated soda. She told me I could go in and fill them up myself to which I said "you're the customer service representative and can fill my drinks up it's really not that hard". She continued to look like she had no idea what I was talking about so I went in the store and filled my new cups up myself. While filling up my drinks I noticed the frozen coke was OPERATIONAL AND RUNNING! Called the staff out on their lie and told them to "pull your head out and maybe you'll get more than a 1 star review someday".DO NOT GO HERE.

I would never, ever recommend this Burger King location to any person. I drove up to the drive through, no one in front of me, I went to the outside lane. I waited for around a minute, asked if anyone was there, proceeded to tap the speaker, no one spoke. I backed up, went to the first lane. Asked if anyone was there, no one responded, proceeded to honk my horn, someone came over the speaker. They were utterly rude, very unpleasant and disrespectful. Once my order was placed (took some time) I was told to go to the first window to pay. Went to the first window, no employee was there, I waited a few minutes, tapped on the window, honked, no employee showed up in the 5 minutes I waited at that window, so I drove off.Not sure how this location is still open, by far the worse service of any fast food establishment I’ve ever gone to in the United States. Horrible, unpleasant and disgusting employees.
