Wow! This place is legit!! 🔥 soooo tasty, massive portions (one plate could feed 3) me and my two picky kiddos loved it!! Felt clean, friendly service. Highly recommend.

I was surprised to find such great Peruvian food out here in Roosevelt but I was thoroughly impressed! Very authentic, big portions and at an extremely reasonable price. I got the Lomo Saltado with the fried rice. Comes with fries and a couple great sauces. The food alone was amazing but the sauces really brought it together. They had great reviews and now I see why. Will definitely be coming back if I find myself out here again.

Wow. Amazing! So glad that we stopped here. We thought the 5-star-rating was suspicious, but we're here to confirm: this is almost certainly the best food for hundreds of miles! They are a credit to Peru! Next time we drive through the area, we'll definitely stop here! We had the lomo saltado and the shrimp with rice; incredible!

Wasn't expecting half a chicken, the best rice I've ever had, and some pretty mid fries tbh all for $15+ tax but it sure was one welcome surprise.

Great food. Portion sizes are huge just like in peru. One plate of arroz chaufa could serve 2-3 people.

Found this absolute gem of a food truck that seems stationary and has a little pavillion beside it to eat in. I've never had Peruvian food and wasn't sure what to expect. I had chicken rice and fries. The chicken was broiled over coals and almost had a smoked consistency and flavor. The rice which by the way was enough for three meals was tangy and spicy the fries seemed unsalted. The flavor was new but sooo good. I started dipping the fries into the pink sauce and the heat began to build so I dont think that's what is was for. I'm pretty sure this is the best food for miles and the staff was very kind. My daughter had Beef and rice and again the portion was huge and unfamiliar but she says it was very delicious.

Roosevelt is very lucky to have this restaurant/food truck. Excellent food and very large portions.

I have ordered from this food trailer a few times now and still haven't been disappointed. The customer service has always been great and very friendly. Tgey are even willing to recommend their favorite dishes on the menu and/or willing to explain the dishes if you ask. I they are also almost faster than any fast food restaurant in town.

The serving size provides more than plenty of food. Even for those with a big appetite. The fried rice is on point and one of my favorites from the area. The fries are nice and fluffy inside, but wish they were a little more crisper on the outside.

I tried the passion fruit drink and instantly found my new favorite beverage.

This food trailer is worth trying out.
