They do not listen when you order .When you say plain cheeseburger it should be plain nothing on it instead you get ketchup and pickles and onions on it.I am talking about Roosevelt ,utah's mcdonald

Wish I could give the a minus because they are that bad here! Here on business and can’t get breakfast at McDonald’s. I ordered on the app twice and had to cancel because when I get there they tell me “ it’s going to be 10-15 minutes is that ok?”. There will be no cars at all in the drive thru and not sure who is in the restaurant because there’s one little car parked out back. Go to the maverick if your in the oil and gas here on business. They have really good breakfast there and you can be in and out in 2 minutes. Not only that. The nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my 53 years. They would be out of business if they were all like that .

Every time we come to this location (because we live in Roosevelt and my kids love McDonald’s) the soda machine is ALWAYS broken. Most days you can’t even get ice. And they still charge for a full combo meal even if you get water because you have no other drink option. Time to get your crap together!!

The only redeeming quality of this McDonald's is the friendly register workers and the fact that this place was relatively clean (which might have just been because they weren't busy on a Sunday). They actually had accesable fountain machines, but the only things that weren't out of order were the powerade and Hi-C. Other drinks had to come from behind the counter, which was a struggle because they didn't seem to pay attention when someone was waiting for help. The food came out pretty quickly, and once I grabbed out my spicy chicken sandwich I realized why. It looked like they tried playing corn hole to put the patty and bun together, then sat on it. They were willing to give me a non-squished one free of charge, which is why this is two stars instead of one. Not impressed with this McDonald's.

The customer service is appalling. We declined to pull forward to wait for our food in a drive thru spot(the last time we did, we waited for our food for 35 minutes and had to go in to get it) the manager basically threw the food out the window to me and slammed the window immediately with no response. On the other hand the food was actually good this time
