The restaurant was clean and in decent shape. We ordered a pepperoni pizza which looked great and tasted fine. It was fairly busy when we went but we didn't experience a wait time at all it seemed very efficient that day. Overall think it was great considering how busy pizza places can be.

Fast friendly service. Cashier was kind enough to let us know about the specials they were allowed to give us in store, as well as others they had online. The cashier that took care of us is also one of the delivery drivers at this Pizza Hut. Adam was very generous and took care of us quickly. This worker always tries to take care of us as customers whether, it’s a delivery, carry out, or dine in order. Best Pizza Hut on the Southside of San Antonio!

It's your average pizza hut. Dingy, dirty and greasy. The food is adequate but nothing special. Service was slow but they were slammed with softball teams. Could be more efficient in running the front of the house.

This was an old-school dine-in Pizza Hut with a salad bar and really clean and also had a lot of jazz paraphernalia of course it's in Utah and I'm a jazz fan so I really like that and it was filled with a nice couple who was enjoying their early lunch and two very friendly employees who were very quick and made fresh and delicious food

They pizza was good, but that was it. The boneless wings were less than par. I ordered 16 boneless wings, 7 were full size, the rest were very small pieces of mostly breading. I could not find any chicken in those small pieces. I also ordered the Cinnabon dessert. They were undercooked so much that they still tasted like dough and didn't even fill up the container they were cooked in 2/3 of the way. I can't believe they gave those to me like that. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They do not care about their reputation or their customers.

After waiting on hold to talk with a manager about poor service and food delivered cold, I felt it was necessary to caution others. #1 if I had known that door dash would be delivering I would not have ordered. #2 if I wanted a cold dinner I could have had that at my location. If you offer delivery then deliver. If you use door dash then say so. This was an awful experience and it will affect my future pizza hut orders throughout the country. I'm traveling in an over the road truck so going to get takeout is not often a realistic option. All I wanted after a long day is a decent hot meal and you failed to deliver that.
