It's your average pizza hut. Dingy, dirty and greasy. The food is adequate but nothing special. Service was slow but they were slammed with softball teams. Could be more efficient in running the front of the house.

This was an old-school dine-in Pizza Hut with a salad bar and really clean and also had a lot of jazz paraphernalia of course it's in Utah and I'm a jazz fan so I really like that and it was filled with a nice couple who was enjoying their early lunch and two very friendly employees who were very quick and made fresh and delicious food

They pizza was good, but that was it. The boneless wings were less than par. I ordered 16 boneless wings, 7 were full size, the rest were very small pieces of mostly breading. I could not find any chicken in those small pieces. I also ordered the Cinnabon dessert. They were undercooked so much that they still tasted like dough and didn't even fill up the container they were cooked in 2/3 of the way. I can't believe they gave those to me like that. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They do not care about their reputation or their customers.

After waiting on hold to talk with a manager about poor service and food delivered cold, I felt it was necessary to caution others. #1 if I had known that door dash would be delivering I would not have ordered. #2 if I wanted a cold dinner I could have had that at my location. If you offer delivery then deliver. If you use door dash then say so. This was an awful experience and it will affect my future pizza hut orders throughout the country. I'm traveling in an over the road truck so going to get takeout is not often a realistic option. All I wanted after a long day is a decent hot meal and you failed to deliver that.

Horrible experience. Order a pizza with our points. Says 15 minutes, 45 minutes later we get home with an undercooked pizza.... I mean how hard is it to cook a pan pizza all the way 🤯🤔 if your hungry for pizza stick to high country.

I ordered pizza for me and my coworkers through the website and never received my order... $50 of pizza not received, and by the time I noticed it hadn't been delivered the store was already closed.

Pizza was as expected. The restaurant and seating area seemed fine but the mens restroom has a pretty bad case of neglect... The urinal had heavy mineral build up and the sink has a major drain pipe leak to the point I think most all the water ran into the bucket placed below it. The sad point there is the sind drain connector pipes are readily accessible and would be a cheap repair. Just seems no more attention is put to it than to place a bucket under it. Generally not an item I would rate a place on but this did seem definitely worse that the average.

Ordered delivery thru the Pizza Hut app. It was then sent via door dash which was fine. I was given the wrong pizza order. Called multiple times for them to try and rectify the problem, but the pizza hut store will not take responsibility. They kept hanging up on me for the order so I would be very leary of ordering dorm this place. They are not professional and are not even bothering to try and help. They act like it's door dash fault even though it wasn't ordered through the door dash app. Ridiculous waste of money and waste of time. Don't go here this place has gone downhill fast.

The worst cardboard 3 day old trash I have ever spent money on in all my life!! Never have I done a bad review but this last time going to pizza hit in Roosevelt was over the top the worst waist of money and time I have ever experienced in “take out” In all my life!

I ordered online live about 20 minutes from town I was waiting over an hour for my food to be down because they gave it out 3 different times. I NEVER come here bit I thought two items let's try. I will continue to tell everyone not to come here.
