What can you expect from a handful of untrained teenagers? We had to wait about 10 minutes in line because they kept answering the phones and doing DoorDash orders before they’d help anyone in line. Once we finally got our shakes, they weren’t great. Probably would’ve been better off going to the grocery store and buying ice cream there

Rocky's is a perfect one stop shop for your every lunch, dinner, or dessert desires! Their burgers are downright wonderful, their fried cheese curds are delicious, and their milkshakes are out of this world!
The food was cold, and it took 40 minutes to get it. While waiting many people got the wrong order. Smelled burt food while waiting. Very young people working here and standing around and talking. Also never got my mashed potatoes i ordered.

Over the past 6 months, my experience at Rockys has been getting worse. Last night, I had to call them after I went through the drive-thru.
I waited 15 min at the drive-thru window for a room temperature hamburger patty and old cold soggy fries. I ordered a small fry and was given and charged for a large fry. Over the last 6 months, no one at rockys has read me back my order, and this could be why it is usually wrong in one way or another. You would think that waiting at the drive-thru window, your food is being made fresh and coming out hot, but I am now not a believer. My bun was so hard around the edges and dried out that I think they pre-toast them and stick them in a warmer all day. Fries must have been fried an hour earlier and placed in the fry bag on their counter.
The only part of our order that we could eat were the milkshakes.
There was some restitution talking to the manager, and she did want to make it right. However, it is becoming a tossing of the coin on the choice between rockys and McDonald's next door.
I have been coming here since I was 16 and worked at the McDonald's next to it. My go-to was the chicken taco. It was delicious then, and it still is. Everything anyone of my family has ordered here has been delicious. I now live out of state, and when I come to see my family and bring my daughter's, if anyone's going to Roosevelt, they ask if they can go here to get ice cream. Their ice cream is FANTASTIC! Almost any Dr's appt we take my parents to ends with a Rockys swirl ice cream cone in a cup!.

They need to train there new employees. Not just leave them at the register and let them go. They got 4 orders of mine wrong. I the. Had to sit longer for them to make them. I was sitting around for at least 45 min to an hour. Still had not gotten my shakes, finally got the shakes and the person. Over filled 2 of them and they were dripping all over, it made a mess all over my car. The cookies and cream was not even blended and there was hardly any cookies in it. Got home and sat down to eat and the hamburgers were red still. Ewwww I know some like them that way, but not I. Over all very poor service!!!! Don’t think I will return!
Also there was one gentleman that was super nice and seemed to care. The cook on the other hand would just bring the food up. Call the numbers look at you and just walk away. There were other employees that were upfront and didn’t seem to pay no mind to anyone besides the newly cashier, which was still trying to figure out the register.
