My wife and I decided to stop in here and get some lunch. We had never been before. They have a pretty wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, chicken, etc. The food wasn't great, but it was expensive for what it is. Regular fast food at the major chains is already expensive enough, but Rockys is a notch up from that. On top of the process being too high, it felt like the gal taking our order was really put out by our being there. No smiles and quite gruff; like we had disrupted her day. It's unlikely we'll go back.

Bad service they where making there own drinks and i had to wait a hour for my and I didn't even get what I wanted they were on their phone the hole time and food was really cold and the drinks were watered down really bad place to eat and it's all just teenagers

Normally our food is good but tonight it was terrible. The fries were cold. And the shake was more plain vanilla than butterfinger. We are normally in and out pretty quick. We waited almost an hour and there were two cars in the drive thru and we were second in line to order.
We waited for over 25 minutes for our food and when it came out the fries were cold and one burger was very undercooked. Usually i’m okay waiting a bit for fresh food, but we were disappointed with this visit..

Really good, clean, simple burger joint. The shakes were good, the onion rings were great. Glad I stopped here with my kids on our road trip. They all left happy, and each had a lollypop from their kids meal.

Drive through service was very slow, which normally isn't a big deal when the line is long, but it really wasn't. Fries were cold and the hamburger was a little on the pink side. I figured this was due to a busy night or being short-staffed, but I should have read the reviews first as this appears to be a trend of lackluster service.
