Normally our food is good but tonight it was terrible. The fries were cold. And the shake was more plain vanilla than butterfinger. We are normally in and out pretty quick. We waited almost an hour and there were two cars in the drive thru and we were second in line to order.

We waited for over 25 minutes for our food and when it came out the fries were cold and one burger was very undercooked. Usually i’m okay waiting a bit for fresh food, but we were disappointed with this visit..

Really good, clean, simple burger joint. The shakes were good, the onion rings were great. Glad I stopped here with my kids on our road trip. They all left happy, and each had a lollypop from their kids meal.

Drive through service was very slow, which normally isn't a big deal when the line is long, but it really wasn't. Fries were cold and the hamburger was a little on the pink side. I figured this was due to a busy night or being short-staffed, but I should have read the reviews first as this appears to be a trend of lackluster service.

The wait was long and our food was cold. Don’t waste your time or money. I took 3 bites and threw it away. Worst burger place I have been to. I did get a shake, which was good. Price was different than what was advertised and the shake cup was almost full. We will not be going back.

While awaiting for our food in the drive thru I guess makeup is more important than helping customers out while also snap chatting friends your work makeup. We also couldn't hear on the speaker the girl was extremely confused on what we wanted for our order

A true town staple!! I haven't been in town for over 10 years and I stopped in for lunch 100% just like i remember ot the old timer was so great i went bcak for a second for dinner, although the wait was a little bit longer than expected the food came out great.

I visit Utah every summer. I look forward to eating at Rocky's every time I visit. I was beyond disappointed this time. The floor, tables and seats were all dirty. We had to ask someone to clean a table for us. She cleaned with a dirty rag. We could hear them talking about us. We both ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a slice of tomato, with fries and english chips. 30 minutes later, our sandwich had no tomato and my english chips were burnt. They did replace the chips with fresh ones and my shake was delicious, but, these kids were never trained to clean up when there are no customers. They're just there to get a paycheck and that's all. It's very sad!
