My wife and I just got back from Europe two weeks ago, but the wood-fired pizza we had today at South Slope was hands down better than what we had in Italy. We tried four different pies at South Slope today--all amazing. And don't leave this place without trying one or two of the hot cookies. We tried a chocolate chip and a churro. We had to eat them all gone to decide which was best. I'm still not sure so I'll be going back. :)
If you're looking for pizza with crust equal to one you'd find in Naples, this is the one for you!! The classic pizza is a refreshing change with no red sauce, just pure deliciousness. My kids loved the original pepperoni and we all loved the cookie!!

Their pizza is so good, they ruined me on every other pizza! Seriously that good.
