Walked in right as they opened as I was heading out of town to a job assignment. Staff was very kind and prompt with preparing my sandwich quickly so I could be on my way. The toppings on the sandwich was very fresh and enjoyable.

Ordered online. There was so much mustard on my sub that's all I could taste. It literally dripped out every time I took a bite. No one in there and service to pick up my sub was 10 min.

I’m leaving a review solely because of the customer service. My family and I (5) were communicating the best we could what we wanted on our subs. Instead, the worker was extremely rude and got upset when we didn’t choose an item that was “available” at the time. He then rudely sighed snd said what was available. We ended up only ordering only one sub and didn’t order the other 4 because of the attitude we received. If you want better reviews and happy customers; hire your staff wisely. Anyone can fill a position, but not every worker will represent the company.

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but wow — the Subway I went to was honestly disgusting. Every single person working there looked like they hadn’t showered in days, with hair so greasy it was borderline frightening. It was so off-putting that I actually felt sick just standing there. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat my food after seeing that level of hygiene — or rather, the lack of it. Seriously, hygiene is not optional, people. Clean up or close up.

The only real complaint is they overdo it on the comdements half of the time. So much so that it ruins the sandwich. Other than that, we love eating here.

Pull up to Subway tonight at 8:07 PM ask for a footlong meatball sub and I get “I’m sorry, we don’t have our meatballs right now. We are getting ready to close soon.” They close at 9 PM
If I was the franchise owner I’d be upset to lose customers because employees clean up early so they can leave faster.

Customer service is terrible. I was refused a bag by the manager with the blonde hair.

If I had a bag I could put multiple bottled drinks in that, because the foam fountain drink carrier does not hold the bottled drinks when there is multiple. The tip over and when you start walking with them they fall out of the carrier, which as soon as I walked outside I spilled the drinks everywhere due to not being provided a bag. This has happened multiple times there are some workers who will provide me with a bag.

I am a DoorDash driver who has to carry multiple items at one time to deliver to peoples homes. Some customers request drinks in bags instead of the foam carrier for this reason but today I was refused service.

she said the bags don’t hold but I’ve done multiple orders using a bag. I’ve only ever spilt drinks with the foam carrier.

She then said I’m going to ban you for your attitude. So apparently I can’t get DoorDash orders there anymore over a bag.

I have tried calling them and they don't seem to care enough to answer the phone. I wish i could give them zero stars. Soooooo wish i could give them zero stars because they have people who don’t listen to you when you tell them what you want and then they gave my husband the wrong bread because they DON’T LISTEN

The wife and I stopped in to grab a sandwich, as we walked in we were greeted and started making our sandwich. The first person that helped us couldn’t speak loud enough for us to hear him( my wife and I are in our 30s with no hearing problems) after we finished with him we were passed to the second guy who was WAY more worried about the cartoons on the tv, to the point he dumped half of my rotisserie chicken in the lettuce that was I. The vegetable bar because he was watching the tv and not paying attention to the task at hand. The third person was a lady that was very snippy with me at checkout when I haven’t even seen or talked to her till then, needless to say I just about walked out at that point. Finally as we are sat down eating I couldn’t help but notice how disgusting the floors were. The guy that was glued to the tv was still so glued to the tv that as he half assed wiped the soda machine down he was literally walking in spilled soda on the floor and never even took his mind off of the cartoons still. This place has went downhill really bad and I won’t be back soon the service was terrible and the lobby was disgustingly filthy I can just imagine what it looks like where the food is stored and prepared.

The food here is average Subway fare. I've been craving a meatball sub for a while and this hit the spot. Not great, but pretty darn good. The service is a step up for the area. I was greeted promptly by a smiling employee and that is a rarity for fast food here. That smiling face inspired me to give an extra star. The store was clean and that helps quit a bit too.
