The food here is average Subway fare. I've been craving a meatball sub for a while and this hit the spot. Not great, but pretty darn good. The service is a step up for the area. I was greeted promptly by a smiling employee and that is a rarity for fast food here. That smiling face inspired me to give an extra star. The store was clean and that helps quit a bit too.

I went through The drive up window so I don't expect a whole lot of atmosphere, but the lady couldn't hear me or didn't care and I'm gonna go with didn't care. I love Subway but every time I go through the up drive up window, they never get my order, right. I said, lots and lots of onions, I found maybe 6 pieces in a foot long, and light mayo does not mean it's swimming in mayo. This will probably be the last time I go to Subway through the drive up window which tends to be the only time I want to go. I go through thr drive through to bring home food for my family to watch a movie. It's ridiculous that I have to go inside to watch them make my food in order for them to get it right.

I work in the area so unfortunately food is kind of limited to a few choices. This subway being one of them. I've eaten here a handfull of times in the past three years. I have not eaten here a single time where they had what I wanted to order. Ordering food from this place is like trying to barter with someone. You order what the menu says and its always, "oh, were out of that", or "oh, we don't do that anymore". Its not just once, usually I have to compromise more of my order than I actually get. Might as well just say, give me whatever you want and ill pay whatever you ask. It will make your life a lot easier if you plan to eat here.

They are finding way to make you buy their high sugary drinks. Go to Publix, better quality foods. Subway quality went down, too desperate…for $

The lady running that place needs to get fired she had no means of making her customers happy tried calling my order in she told me we're not taking orders got there told her I didn't want my bread toasted right after I told her what I wanted told me I had to tell her in the beginning of the order before she even made the sandwich I am very unpleased with this she needs fired

The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the price of the same sandwiches here was alot better then Vernal subway .My sandwich was made so sloppy and was falling apart the whole time . I asked for wheat bread and she grabbed it from the preparing table it had been probably sitting there for 15 plus minutes it was hard and not fresh. The lady were rude and rushed you through your order.Restaurant wasn't clean either

We all know what we're getting when we go in there. But staff made it enjoyable. Red head dude cracked me up. Quick small talk. Quick jokes. Quick laughs. Full belly. I was happy.

Paid 15.39 for a salad through the app and nothing i ordered was on there. I asked for the “dressing on the side” and of course it was all over the top of my salad and “no olives” and of course full of olives. Definitely won’t be back.
