I really miss the days when we ordered face to face. I went in today, ordered through the kiosk but chose to pay at the counter. I stood there for about 20 mins without a single person asking if I had been helped or if I needed anything in general. Employees would look at me but that was it. Its as if no one was working the front counter... Not too mention they were serving everyone's food without giving them their drinks. I will not be going back to this location. Vernal's is much better!

Horrible service. They just stand there and glare when you try to get their attention even if they are the ones who messed up.
We just went in tonight to try the new Baja blast and get some food after a long day and as soon as we pull up to the window we are told to hurry and order and that we were holding up the line and we had no one behind us and when we pull up to the window the guy at drive thru takes our card then runs to the back and the lady came and told us to go to the front and we had to ask her to give us our card back and no apology or nothing and she gave us a dirty look while giving our card back I hear this place is terrible to work at and I see why.
