I ordered a cantina burrito box at 8:15pm on October 26th and my taco was horrible my chips was dumped upside down in my bag and my burrito was horrible as well. this is very disappointing considering I’m working out of town and have to work in a few hours and this was my dinner. Thanks guys your really doing an amazing job 👏 I will never be coming back to this place again.

The service has always been great the restaurant has always been clean but idk if they keep forgetting to add meat to their food but my Crunchwrap supreme was so sad it’s my go to order and this is the 3rd time it’s looked like this 😂

I stopped here to try the new Cheez-It crunchwrap and it wasn't bad. But my taco was sorely lacking in ingredients, it was almost entirely shell.
They were out of large cups and they gave me a medium instead even though I'd paid for a large. The also neglected to add the sauce packets I ordered through the kiosk. Not impressed with their customer service or management at all.

I had to change my reviews due to the last 4 time have been there and received food cold and stucknto.the wrapper so I tasted it and it was very bad this last time. Seems to be getting worse not better.

I ordered a nacho fries box with large nacho fries and add-ons in the beefy five-layer burrito I did not receive my add-ons and I received a small nacho fry Don't charge people extra when you're not going to do the extra work it's ridiculous that you guys are getting paid twice as much as you guys should be getting paid we're getting half of what we pay for and it takes you guys forever to get it done

I kept eating my crunchwrap supreme hoping I'd run into some meat at some point. Well, if literally had no meat. I was eating a lettuce wrap basically. So frustrating when you spend $6 on something.
Food is as good as you expect for taco bell. The people are pretty good for there service . They just need to make sure they have either napkins by the straws and lids or supply napkins for you when you get your order. Didnt receive any when i received my order and couldnt find anh napkins
