Like a decade ago, Arby's ran a commercial with an email address and instructions that said to send in your resume if you knew about smoking meat. I've been smoking meat for 3 decades, some of them professionally. Despite my impressive resume, I never git an email back. I'm going to be salty about it until I die.
The staff are friendly and the food is good. Wait times are longer than I would like.

Went to the drive thru almost didn't get my drinks. Chicken sandwich was so old and hard it was not edible. Mozzarella sticks had sat to long. 2 cats pulled forward to wait for orders to cook and we received old food. Not a good experience at all. I'll drive further to go to a different location as this is not a first!

Dropped in the other night to pick up an online order. The staff was crazy helpful... genuinely nice. Food was really good. Will be back.
I just love this Arby's! The girls working are always SO sweet and thorough! My food is always HOT and fresh and it's so quick! I'm glad it's so close to my work. Shout out to this team for being on their A game no matter what time or day I come in!

Stopped here late at night after a very long day. The staff was so friendly and helpful even at the late hour, my grandson was beyond happy to get curly fries. Thank you so much for being there and being extra friendly.
