They deleted my review. Terrible just terrible

Its not every day that you receive exceptional service at fast food restaurants, especially by the younger generations. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to the store here on Midland today to get lunch. The two young gentleman that were working the counter were kind, friendly and had great attitudes. Food came out looking great. The napkin dispenser was out pf napkins,no big deal, just went and asked for some at the counter. The young man's reaction when I let him know the dispenser was out was outstanding. He apologized several times, got me some napkins and went straight out and refilled the dispenser. Might seems like a small thing to write out a review for but felt that these two needed a little recognition. I jist wish I had got their name sto include in this.

When I got my food through the drive through I didn’t get all my poppers I ordered 5 piece and got 3… and my fries were half full

The Greek Gyro was the worst thing I have EVER been served. The Pita bread was stale and broken into three separate pieces. Was not edible. My wife ordered a French Dip and instead received a Chicken sandwich. If you visit the Midland store, you will be disappointed. Spent almost $50 on our total order. Waste of Money!!!

I just wanted to say thank you for the best customer service and answering my questions about the food and just treating me with respect. If I was your guys supervisor, I would be very, very proud and it shows that you guys have been trained very well. You guys fix my problem other than the store on 1900 that didn’t do anything but make me upset and call me names and cursing at me. I love the fast pace service that I got and the food tasted amazing so thank you for making a bad night a good night for me. If I could give you 100 stars I would, but Google only allows me to do 5. They hope the management of the Midland store sees this review and praises their workers. Thanks, and I hope you guys keep up the good work.

I arrived at approximately 8:45 in the morning at the drive thru. The order taker seemed like he was confused. I ordered a ham & cheese croissant and an order of hash browns. The hash browns were alright, warm not hot. The croissant, the bread was so dry it crumbled when you touched it. The ham was bacon with a tiny amount of cheese. It was so overcooked I could barely bite through it. The bag top was folded over. When I opened the bag it smelled like something was burned.
I'm hoping this visit was a fluke. I have always loved Arby's and will be sad to not get breakfast there anymore if it happens again.
