Just went in to the Roy location, there was no one in line and an employee behind the counter and one at the window who both completely ignored us. The employee behind the counter talked to her friend who was sitting in the lobby, but walked past us standing at the counter several times with no acknowledgement and no offer to take our order. We entered the building at about 3:05pm and gave up and left after 7 minutes of being ignored. Completely unacceptable. A simple statement of 'hi, I'll be right with you,' is all I ask.
Haven't been here on a while, but I think I will more. The burger meat is actually something I can eat and it's not a nasty texture like ALL the other places. I was finally able to eat a kids burger without It coming back up(tmi) sorry fries were hot & fresh it was fabulous.
