Had a hard time getting to restaurant due to road construction ( not the restaurants fault) We experienced friendly service but food was not worth what I paid for. The cheese curds are my FAVORITE!!! They forgot one of my kids' applesauce pouches that came with a kids' meal. Probably won't be going here again anytime soon......

I have visited this place more than once going through the drive thru and every time I have had the worst service, I've repeatedly had to wait 20 or more minutes only to find out that they have given my order to other people or have waited to find out that the food is on the counter and the employees are smoking outside.

Ordered the the papa burger combo meals (5 meals) and when we received the food the burgers had no lettuce or pickles. Asked the employee and they informed me that they were out of both items. What kind of fast food place runs out of lettuce and pickle. We're very disappointed and will not return to this A&W anymore. The order was placed a 6:17 pm on 30 July 24

I went through the drive threw and no one would come to the intercom then a half hour later I ordered and she came back 15 minutes later to ask what I wanted again then when I paid she had me pull forward and I waited another 30 minutes until they came out and told me they didn’t have what I wanted so I had yo change my order when I had to wait another 15 minutes to get completely different food then I paid for and when I went in to see what was happening there were 3 or 4 people sitting in the back on there phones and one lady in such a hurry she was running around like a chicken with its head cut off when i finally got my food they still gave me the wrong food and i had finally had enough and just left there is no reason you should have to sit in a fast food drive threw for a hour and a half

The people who own, manage and work at this establishment are complete idiots. Everything is horrible. Dirty inside, slow and rude service and food is meh at best

If i could give this place negative 10 Stars i would. AWFUL I pull up to order at drive thru. Just a coney cheese dog. Asked to add onions. She rudely said we don’t have onions (not true). I pull up. Pay. And was told to pull ahead to wait for food. 10 minutes go by. 4 cars behind get their food and leave. Finally they come out. Guess what. WRONG ORDER. she looks all confused like huh. A hot dog. Another 15 min go by. Finally they come out hand me the hot dog. I leave and guess what. Wrong hot dog. And no napkins. I will never go here again and based on other reviews, plenty say the same
I drove out of my way for some delicious A&W hot dogs and They said they were completely out of hot dogs and that I could wait 35 minutes for chicken… I then ordered mini corn dogs and they had me pull to a parking space and I sat there and waited 20 minutes.

When in order three small root beer freezes they come in Kitty cups and they were only half full you got three swallows out of them it was not worth $13 worst service I have ever had at an A&W I will never go back and I will tell everybody else not to too

They took 30 minutes to get our food out for a Togo order and our order was wrong. I asked for the missing pieces and had to wait another 20 mins. Spent over $45 and over 45 mins, by the time we were actually able to eat, everything was cold. I see why their parking lot is always empty.
