The ice cream is amazing and so are the cones. When we went the two girls there were friendly and helpful and always smiling even though they were overrun with the amount of people coming in. They stayed positive through it all. I will 100% bring my family back again.

Came in 35 minutes from closing and found a group of teenagers so antsy to go home that every chair was already up and most toppings put away. Stood around for quite a while waiting to be acknowledged and then when they finally decided to help us, got our orders wrong. Very disappointing experience.

I normally really like this place, but yesterday you guys had a santa there who pulled me into his lap after we asked if we could get a picture. I also was the only one to get pulled into his lap out of my group. I understand that there may not have been any ill intentions, but regardless, it's not appropriate to just grab strangers. Please be more mindful of who you guys hire in the future.
Edit: It's not that I felt any negative energy. What I was trying to get at was that it's not polite to grab strangers like that, regardless of intent, and may cause issues in the future with other female customers. That's all.

I’m going to be brutal my wife and I are here right now as I speak and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to notice we were here I understand the bell but these teenagers were cussing the entire time we were waiting and then are cussing while knowing we are in the lobby eating talking about nipple piercings etc I understand they are teens but honestly need the reality check on being professional in a work place.

In total I was there for 45 minutes just trying to order, I ordered 3 shakes, and 1 small ice cream. in the drive thru she wrote down everything I said although came back to the window 5 times causing myself to repeat everything again. She gave me the ice cream melting over the cup + the candy in it was hard as a rock, one of my shakes she forgot to blend, and the other 2 were fine, just messy. I used to come a lot a year or so ago, this specific worker has since quit so I haven’t been back until today… wished she still worked there since she made my order perfect every time.
