I normally really like this place, but yesterday you guys had a santa there who pulled me into his lap after we asked if we could get a picture. I also was the only one to get pulled into his lap out of my group. I understand that there may not have been any ill intentions, but regardless, it's not appropriate to just grab strangers. Please be more mindful of who you guys hire in the future.
Edit: It's not that I felt any negative energy. What I was trying to get at was that it's not polite to grab strangers like that, regardless of intent, and may cause issues in the future with other female customers. That's all.

I’d love to leave a 5 star review but since you aren’t open during your posted hours I can’t. I even called first and your message had the hours listed as open til 9 pm and it’s 730. Super disappointing that a business is this unreliable!

I’m going to be brutal my wife and I are here right now as I speak and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to notice we were here I understand the bell but these teenagers were cussing the entire time we were waiting and then are cussing while knowing we are in the lobby eating talking about nipple piercings etc I understand they are teens but honestly need the reality check on being professional in a work place.

In total I was there for 45 minutes just trying to order, I ordered 3 shakes, and 1 small ice cream. in the drive thru she wrote down everything I said although came back to the window 5 times causing myself to repeat everything again. She gave me the ice cream melting over the cup + the candy in it was hard as a rock, one of my shakes she forgot to blend, and the other 2 were fine, just messy. I used to come a lot a year or so ago, this specific worker has since quit so I haven’t been back until today… wished she still worked there since she made my order perfect every time.

Service was lackluster, but the delicious ice cream made up for it.
Went here to try a local place and the ice cream wasn’t that great, I noticed they put a lot of water on the scooper and it may have affected the flavor cause the sample I got tasted good, but the bowl of ice cream tasted watered down, I won’t be coming back with all the other places that sell ice cream providing a most consistent experience.

The service consisted of a handful of teenagers who obviously didn’t want to be there and didn’t have sufficient training. The sorbet was flavourless, despite being labelled as “orange” and shot through with enough food colouring to fuel a jet. The toppings were poorly mixed, and the atmosphere was that of your wine aunt’s basement and not an ice cream parlour. Overall was sorely disappointed.
