I usually like this spot but it’s going down hill more and more. Since when did vaping on the job become cool? Way too old to not know better. Stopped by yesterday as well and the chairs were up forever didn’t know if i could come in or not so i just left. Staff need to be trained better.

My first time trying Big Scoops Creamery and so I pull up to the window, place my order which was a large strawberry and pineapple ice cream with a chocolate covered waffle cone, the girl at the window hands it to me and it was a one scoop disaster, the ice cream what little there was had already started melting to the point it was running down all over the outside of the cone and was leaking out the bottom as well making a huge mess, now I know ice cream is going to melt especially in the summer but to have more than half of the ice cream in the waffle cone melt and run down the side and leak out of the bottom before you even get out of the drive through is not worth the money I spent.

The ice cream is amazing and so are the cones. When we went the two girls there were friendly and helpful and always smiling even though they were overrun with the amount of people coming in. They stayed positive through it all. I will 100% bring my family back again.
The crew at big scoops handled our group like pros! Nothing but smiling kids, incredible service, and an experience we all walked away from happy! Personally, I think the ice cream with some of the best I’ve ever had, coffee, white chocolate, and Heath bits mixed in, Yum! Thanks, Big Scoops!

Came in 35 minutes from closing and found a group of teenagers so antsy to go home that every chair was already up and most toppings put away. Stood around for quite a while waiting to be acknowledged and then when they finally decided to help us, got our orders wrong. Very disappointing experience.
