Bonneville Meats - Selling to Restaurants and Markets

Delivery here is slow like molten lava.

I'm a truck driver, and this company is terrible. The staff doesn't know what they're doing, and backing into the loading dock is very difficult!

Bad customer service from the manager she was rude.. I don’t recommend to buy from this company the meat it’s not good .

I had a very bad experience with this company some months ago. The quality of the meat was trash. I asked for diced meat with no fat. The meat was mainly fat and huge arteries. The arteries were so big i could fit my finger inside.

I was willing to pay more to get a cut that was completely clean. I cant imagine restaurants could sell that to people.

They offered to sell me another batch that supposedly was better, but that wasn't the case. I would recommend you stay as far away from this business as you can.

This is not mentioning the problems I had with delivery because they forgot to send my order and then tried blaming me. Thank god I had the messages with the seller that proved he was supposed to send it that day.

Nice staff. I had an appointment at 7 am, I was unloaded for 2 hours. I am satisfied with the attitude and work of the company.

Delivery driver just ran me off the road in woods cross mid-turn while I was on my motorcycle. I definitely will not be shopping at this store anymore.
It happened today at the intersection of 2600 South and 800 West in Woods Cross at 7 am if you're curious what driver needs more training. He turned into my lane without looking while I was next to him because the lane to the freeway was backed up blocking part of his lane. I honked he ignored it.

Simply fantastic

This used to be the best place to get quality meat, but unfortunately, the service has taken a serious turn for the worse. The staff now come across as rude and inconsiderate, which has completely tarnished my experience. The last two times I visited were particularly disappointing.

On one occasion, a staff member told me they would check to see if they could sell me steaks, pork chops, and other items. I waited an exhausting hour and a half, only to find out they had completely forgotten about me. When I finally got their attention again, they simply said they couldn’t sell to me, completely contradicting what they’d said earlier.

The second time I went, I was informed that they no longer sell in small quantities and only cater to large stores. This explanation felt dishonest because, just a day before, a friend of mine was able to buy meat in small quantities without any issues.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see such a great place fall so far due to poor customer service and misleading practices. What once was my go-to spot is now a place I hesitate to recommend.

Overnight Parking at the Road.

We received a gift card for 50 dollars and seen a price of a bundle of meat they priced us at 200 and then when we showed up to pay and pick up they found out we had a gift card they went and talked to a manger and up charged us 50 exactly saying the price changed.... this place is shady.

Great place to deliver, they will only take you at delivery time which is fine. Theres limited parking on street. Backing is ok if you have patience, don't be in hurry. Unloading was fast. No complaints by me, everything went smooth.

Delivery at 0800. Parking in the street allowed. I wouldn't park inside the complex, as with all the construction going on. They're building 3 new docks. The one operational dock is difficult to maneuver into because the ramp is torn all to hell and back, and there's little room between dock area and fence. I was happy I could get in there without my truck tipping over and going off the small, but dangerous, cliff. (See video)It all kind of frustrated me.I hope they get this area repaired as soon as possible or there's likely to be more disgruntled drivers with 53' trailers to offload.
