It is very obvious the angsty teenagers that work here very much hate their jobs. I don't know why I keep giving Burger King a chance, I'm always disappointed. A good company structure and management could make all the difference.

So long story short today has been a very awful day. My grandmother was in an accident and got really bad so with that being said, I need to get me something for my little girl for dinner and fast because at this point we’re starving I pull up there’s a gentleman in a red hoodie another gentleman that’s working the window with a black hoodie and a white gentleman that was obviously working the front but when I pulled up, they were outside smoking and having a good conversation. I really didn’t know that they were working there, when I pulled up to the drive-through I was rushed about what I was going to order I told the gentleman to please give me a minute I wasn’t ready and then two seconds later he goes man. What can I make you? It’s like I don’t have enough stress going on with my life to have this man be upset because I ruined. there’s smoke break. I was a manager in Ogden and I tell you why I would never let my employees just respect any of our customers because they didn’t have to come to our store they chose to and it was very unprofessional of all of them. I got my food basically thrown at me. I didn’t get no. Rhanda didn’t get no barbecue sauce. I didn’t get anything or was offered anything, it was like give me your money and here’s your food now get the hell out of here. This happens again. I will no longer continue to go. There is closer to home and convenient as the reason why I chose to go there with my little girl.

Hamburger meat is not being cooked all the way still way pink, absolutely disgusting! Also cannot order the triple bundle through the drive up only on DoorDash that’s some bs! Never coming here again

If you want to wait 20 minutes for them to “defrost tortillas” go here . Seen about 6 workers ? Have no idea what they were doing. I work in the food industry so I can understand some things but don’t waste your time or money going here.

Order takers DO NOT listen to your response after they've asked you the same question several times. The food is cold, fries are old. I even asked them to make the food fresh off of the fryer. They didn't listen. Take your chances.

Tried to go through the drive through..
Sign on speaker said “ no ice cream, shakes or sundays “
Okay
So ordered a triple Whopper and was told “ we only have 1 Whopper patty left. We ran out”
This is the second time for a response like this…
Several months ago we were told “we ran out of meat”
If this is true..(I doubt it is).. then why are you open?

Only 2 cars ahead of me and it took 15 minutes in the drive through line. My food was cold unacceptable. Manager told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Message to the owner: make a place for the difficult to fill orders to pull ahead so you can keep the line moving. Most other drive throughs do this and it works. Also, you need to train your staff in customer service. Instead of apologetic I got apathetic

I told the kid at window I would take my business elsewhere. Response “I don’t really care.”

went through the drive thru, well at least tried to, at 9:30pm on june 28th 2024. 2 and a half hours before they closed, pulled through and the guy greeted me and i told him i had a coupon and he asked what was the code so i told him the code, then he started laughing and talking in the background and after saying “hello” and continuing to talk in the speaker to get his attention the menu turned off. we left and went to the other one, unfortunately this isn’t the only time this has happened either. get better

Momma Bear

Just got home with our food after waiting over 15 minutes to get my food, after it had already been paid for. The wait i can handle but when we got home one of the chicken wraps was given to us HALF EATIN, the other one had a piece of chicken in it that tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. This is completely unacceptable and I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this particular burger king. The workers there this evening should be ashamed of themselves and replaced immediately!

Shurt Circuit

Second time at the window to order a milkshake. Ice cream machine is broken. So I had to wait in line to leave. Maybe a sign " We have no Ice cream, machine is broken. ". Won't be back.
