We went here for breakfast since we have not been to BK for breakfast in forever. I was amazed! Their food was really tasty and the service was even better. The Gentleman let us know that since we had ordered a Wopper Jr., it would be just a moment since he had to make it fresh. It was well worth the wait for the yummy food and great service. We will go again for breakfast and more!

I guess I shouldn’t expect a whole lot from a fast food restaurant because most of the time when you go to a fast food restaurant people are that polite that are providing your service. I get it. I also get underpaid in the service industry. But the customer service is pretty poor. I was just there merely minutes ago and just given a rude attitude when asking simple questions so I could know what was included in what deal. Maybe feel like an idiot for asking them. Excuse me for not knowing the menu front back and exactly what’s on every deal.

The manager of this place...his name is JUAN just fired all his employees for no reason. Including my daughter. I went in to talk to him to ask for help on how to get her paystubs and he couldn't help me....im literally so upset. He threatened to call the police on me and when I said go ahead because by law you HAVE TO SHOW HER HOW TO GET HER PAYSTUBS. This place sucks....don't let your teenagers work there.

Juan is probably the worst district manager. Ive ever encountered unprofessional has an anger issue and its obvious by all the crew members walking out on on him multiple times. He likes to gossip about his crew members to other employees. The problem with this store starts with juan.

We spent an absurd 45 minutes stuck in the drive-through for an 8-piece chicken fry. It’s absolutely ridiculous to visit during the night crew’s shift. I couldn’t leave because there was a car in front and behind me, but if I had been able to, I would have simply driven away. And to make matters worse, the food was cold.

Horrible waited at the window for 30 minutes just for the manager in charge to tell me he couldn't give us our food because his touch pad was down . That's Horrible service . Then I asked for a number that I could call and he said there was no number for me to look it up . I do not recommend going to burger King they suck.
Don’t waste your Money not only did it take 10+ minutes to be help mind you the order screen had two orders … But I just spend 30$ on some old ass food the bread was stale and falling apart in top and the bottom bread Rock Hard … like WTF our food went to the garbage… so disappointing

it has been so long since I’ve gone to Burger King because of all the memes and all the bad reviews and all the bad rep it’s been having in the past couple years so I’ve gone there for the first time in like a year or two and the customer service was perfect guy at the window taking orders was so nice and didnt miss a thing. The food is so tasty and i actually prefer this place over mcdonalds taco bell ect. whoever the cook was good on you whoever was at the front window amazing job. The people working from 2 pm - 4 pm keep it up, you guys deserve a pat on the back for your amazing work. I will be coming back.

It is very obvious the angsty teenagers that work here very much hate their jobs. I don't know why I keep giving Burger King a chance, I'm always disappointed. A good company structure and management could make all the difference.
