Big fail tonight Burger King! Cold fries, Cold soggy chicken nuggets, my Wopper was a crusty bun, limp lettuce and sad tomato, the best part of the meal was the onion it was the only thing that seemed fresh.

I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered three meals, spending almost $40 and it was absolutely disgusting. The fries were covered in black specs like they’d been cooked in old, dirty grease. The burger was cold and greasy, and the chicken fries were also cold and tasted like they came from the same filthy oil.
To make things worse, I didn’t even get a receipt, so I basically paid $40 for food that went straight into the trash. Totally unacceptable. If this is how they’re serving customers, they clearly don’t care about quality or cleanliness.

This location needs to be trained on coffee orders. For months every time I order a plain black iced coffee, I will either get a hot black coffee, or an iced mocha, or vanilla. I do not understand what is so difficult as it seems pretty simple. If it is truly impossible to order a plain black iced coffee, why is it a menu option??

I have never recieved a correct order from this location. Missing items, food made wrong. Stale fries or soggy chicken nuggets. Apparently it's too difficult to read what a customer actually ordered in the first place. This location doesn't take pride in quality or ensuring your food is made the way you ordered, and paid extra for. I've never experienced this problem at any other burger king, only this particular burger king.

We went here for breakfast since we have not been to BK for breakfast in forever. I was amazed! Their food was really tasty and the service was even better. The Gentleman let us know that since we had ordered a Wopper Jr., it would be just a moment since he had to make it fresh. It was well worth the wait for the yummy food and great service. We will go again for breakfast and more!
