Went through the drive thru ordered my food got my receipt looked at it and not only was it the wrong receipt but they charged me the wrong price as well and it was more than what my order was. Instead of asking me what I would like done she instantly refunded my full order and asked for my payment again. Like what!??? It takes a few days to get my money back. It was her mistake. I would have been fine with them asking if I wanted a free item. Or in my opinion I shouldn’t have been asked for my card again to pay for the correct order it was not my mistake! Anyways never coming to this location again. Extremely horrible customer service! Get better workers!!!!

Shut this place DOWN!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!! Ordered my free whopper on the T-Moble Tuesday app, with the purchase of onion rings. Somehow, the Whopper wasn’t put on the order … they looked at the app, but didn’t give me the Whopper, and told me if I wanted a refund for the onion rings, since I didn’t get the Whopper, I’d have to call the app support to get the refund!!! Foods fine but they rarely remember to give you your entire order. I think the last 5 times i have ordered here 3 of them i was missing an item entirely and all 5 they cant follow simple instruction for add ons or removing ingredients. Tired of spending money for things that i dont even get to bring home to eat and poor resolution from app but done with this store 100%

This place had Just reopened. There were Maybe 3 customers inside. I was at the drive through. I ordered one Burger and was told to park around the front where I waited for 15 minutes for my one hamburger. Not sure what the story was on that but thought it was a little ridiculous for the wait. What's up with that Burger King????

They need to close this place down they tell you to wait when your the only one there and to pull around to the front to have you wait for 45 min for fries that take 3 min to cook then I go back to the drive thru to see where is my food and they want to argue with you. Nope done with that place. Just got my money back and went to Wendy's ordered some great food and made it home with meal unless then 10 min. Way to go BK you suck.
Not sure why they spent so much money to remodel this place. The food is horrible. I ordered a whopper,got a brick of cold bread, with a dried hard patty. This is not the first time, I gave them a second chance.. this place should be closed down...

Every single time I come to this location, I wait way too long relative to what I order (I don't even order meals! Just a couple sandwiches and maybe a fry). It takes WAY too long here. There's a McDonald's, Wendy's, and Arby's nearby that all are faster with better service than this location, not to mention I am asked to drive around and park at the front of the store while they make my order (Which is a stupid practice! I'm literally the only one in the drive through, why park me?). I had thought that with this location reopening they would have figured things out and improved, but it's still just as bad as it was before. It should have just stayed closed.

Nicest employees I've run into here, even while they were busy. No one got overly stressed or angry and the manager (I'm guessing) offered me a free cup of water while I waited for my order. Thanks!
