I would give them a zero but I can’t. I was so looking forward to Cupbop, I haven’t gone there in about four years. But when I got there, I was told there be a 15 minute wait they were too busy with online orders to serve customers who walked in. What a disappointment! They need to staff themselves better to handle, not only all the online orders, but customers who walk in as well! can’t say the food was good or bad cause I didn’t get any!

Food - $45 for three orders and a soda - would not recommend Service - it was alright, she seemed shy Atmosphere - someone was playing music from their phone and it would get too far and start breaking up the high school aged music that was chosen
A male employee walked out of the bathroom without washing hands. Sink did not have any water in it

Not bad. I didn't really like the spice on the food.. it was more just for heat than for any flavor. The meat was fine but not spiced well. The noodles were a bit overdone and squishy so that wasn't great. I'll probably go back but it'll be for something else.

It feels like they mixed korean ramen packs into the food and call it "spicy". Food is mediocre at best, your best option is probably the bottles beverages.
