The cashier seemed more focused on messing around with the other coworker and annoyed by taking orders. We waited around 15 minutes for our food, at around 10 minutes we asked the status and they said they were waiting for fresh beef. They never informed us of this, we had to ask. When we got our food three of the four bowls were cold because they sat waiting uncovered for the fourth to get beef. This store always has issues, this is the fourth or fifth time. I will no longer go to this location which is disappointing. I love cup bop but this store disappoints nearly every time, I will take the extra time to go to Layton.

I would love to give more stars but at the Roy location I have asked for less rice and more cabbage almost every time and everytime i seem to get less and less cabbage. If you like the cabbage find a different Cupbop to go to. I decided to edit my review because they have recently changed their bowls and started adding almost zero cabbage and the bowl is half full. My kids that can’t finish a kids meal at any fast food don’t get full off a regular size bowl anymore. The flavor is good but what you get isn’t worth what you pay!

Good food, but they screw up the order way too often. We had an order that we had to go back for them to fix, and it took them three more attempts to get it right. First was missing the dumplings, one of the entrees, and nother was missing some toppings. Second was dumplings+missing entree. Third we finally got the dumplings. Like sheesh wake up!

10/10 would recommend!!! First time actually coming to the store and seeing the inside. Had an issue with the app rewards and the manager fixed it and then some fantastic service and food was hot and sloppy!!!

First time I had this was at the ogden cup bop. The one here in Roy... must be using some nasty utensils somehow. Gave me and the family some gnarly bubble guts, even taco bell couldn't compare too. 🤮

I never leave bad reviews but this is frustrating.While the food is good, they get my order wrong 100% of the time, every time. I don't know why I keep going back but this might be the last straw. How hard is it to do half cabbage, half sweet potato noodles? Apparently very hard.
Noodles very dry. Very small portions for the price. I don't know if it was a bad night butv it was horrible food

They couldnt even follow a single order note. The worst establishment ive had to eat from. They constantly leave you without silverware and dont even bother asking for your food + or - any ingredients. Its like yall cant read fr. Get a grip
