Just stopped by to try this new spot... The flavor was great, but then noticed that the chicken was raw and not fully cooked. We went back to return food and request refund, and the manager said "oh snap" with no apology whatsoever. He issued us a refund, but wow, how disappointing that the manager himself did not even care that I took a bite of RAW CHICKEN and potentially could get sick! All he said was "oh snap, and yeah I know I'm going to find out what's going on." We witnessed him frying and preparing the food from the drive thru window. This is a huge health concern to not temp food and make sure it's safe before serving to the customer. Will not be returning, especially due to the terrible customer service.

What is up with this location? They are so stingy with their portions. Look at this cup from my last visit. They always do it with pickup or delivery orders as well because customers are less likely to notice or complain in person. The time before this I heard some lead/manager scolding the worker they were filling the cups to much... Then of course the next order they were making was mine so I got barely anything. Y'all are acting like the price is $8 a pop, get with the times and give us normal portions that we expect for absurd prices.

Quantity and quality have gone way down. Combo bop came with 4 pieces of meat total, 2 and 2, on both, and almost no sauce, even when we asked for the extra option, and it has been this way the three times we've tried this location. Prices, like everything else these days, went up. Loved cupbop since they were just the food truck. Not worth the price anymore.

Been a Cupbop fan for years (other locations). This Roy location repeatedly gets everything wrong. No sauce or no rice or no cabbage, just a few pieces of meat etc. If this were my first intro to Cupbop I’d wonder how they were in business. Based on other reviews it’s clear that management is lacking at this location and there are no standards. Great way to represent the brand.

I paid for extra protein and it hardly had any meat.
Three out of the four tables in the dining room were taken up by employees. one employee even had her small child in there that kept running through the dining area and screaming and not even the manager had anything to say. I will never go back there

I've been a big fan of the cupbop food truck for years. The first three times my wife and I went here, we loved it.The last three times:- The chicken was burned and left charcoal dust on my chopsticks- I ordered extra meat, but didn't find out until I opened it at home that they only gave me half the normal meat because they were out and didn't tell me.- Today they were out of sauces so I couldn't order any entree on the menu.I'm so disappointed. Korean food is delicious and the folks working the truck are great. I don't know what's going on here.

Food was ordered from Cupbop for delivery, their delivery goes through DoorDash who did not both to communicate that Cupbop was out of all of the sauces ordered. Due to the order being sent to a third party for delivery, they had requested to have unavailable sauces taken off the menu until they were available again, DoorDash did not do it, nor did they contact us.When I contacted the store, I spoke with the night manager and then the GM Will who had went to another store to grab the sauces needed and deliver them.Both managers were amazing, I was able to get daughter to sit with my little one, while I ran to the location. At the store the GM Will went above and beyond to make sure this were correct, his staff also took great pride in the customer service they provide.
