Screw this location, I'll never pay ahead of time for pickup again. Waited about a 1 hour and 45 minutes for two large pizzas and they still couldn't get it right. Said they would remake the pizza after getting the size wrong but when I'd come back in they suddenly couldn't find the pizza that they said they would remake. They tried sending me out with the wrong pizza that was supposed to be remade and at the end of it all they still messed the whole order up and gave me the wrong pizzas. . Do not come to this location.

Manager Eric was terrible after burning our pizzas and tator tots. He was disrespectful and used thug attitude and verbiage. He wanted to charge me to get upgraded crust after ruining my families dinner. He wasn't even willing to upgrade to what it should have been stuffed crust. He is disgraceful and the food was horrible quality and poor preparation. I hear these are franchises now so maybe it's just this one that sucks rocks but I'd steer clear

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered for delivery, it was roughly an hour for delivery at the time I placed my order, it took over an hour for any update on the "tracker". We checked the tracker about 30 minutes in and it showed that it was out of the oven and sat for another 30-40 minutes, we decided to call and got stuck on a 10 minute hold before someone finally answered. All they could tell me was that my order "was out for delivery" but couldn't say when it left the store. When the food finally arrived, it was room temperature at best, and burned. Avoid like it's the plague, if you don't believe look at the reviews from the last year and see for yourself. I won't do business with this place again.

Took an hour to make one pizza. The estimate was an 10 to 15 minutes the entire time. When I asked the staff for an update I just kept being told 10 to 15 more minutes. Going to another location from now on.
This team/company just sucks! Never again... I won't get into the whole "employee" sucking part. I just ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. I guess the 5 brown pieces were the "steak". Your product & employees suck!

Working in the restaurant industry I always tip but when he demanded a tip and waited at my front door for it, I wanted to say a few choice words but instead shut the door in his face. Rude!

My soap and her husband ordered 3 pizza and wigs @1:10 at 1:11 it said it was on the way, I’m brother in law called to make sure the pizza wasn’t on the way cause ain’t no way it could be ready in 1 minutes, the lady said no your pizza still in the oven. Right when they got off the phone the pizza was at the door. My brother in law said to the driver how is this ours when I just got off the phone and they said it was still in the oven? The driver said no this is your I took it out myself, they said if it’s not the order I placed or something wrong they’ll be calling back. The pizza was cold and the pizza didn’t have the toppings on it looking like a cheese pizza so my sister called back and they were talking about the app and right when my sister was going to say I’m not talking about the app I’m talking about my order the lady hung up the phone on her! So my sister called 4 time the 5 time they answered the guy that delivered the pizza said I’m the one that delivered it so how is it wrong and after telling him he said go kill yourself so my sister and her man went to the store to get there money back and the lady was throwing pizza at her hand and continued the nonsense, they have everything recorded and will be going to corporate DONT NOT ORDER FROM HERE
