Every time I order here they do not cut as directed and they do not answer the phone I just placed an order and tried to call to ask politely to actually do my order correctly but they never answered hopefully they get it right or I will have to order elsewhere

I am new to the area and I had a wonderful experience here at domino's! Shout out to the night crew they were very welcoming and greeted me instantly. Service was very fast and my food was spot on. I’m excited to keep my business at my new local domino’s!

I’ve never had so many issues with a business. We’ve had pizzas not cooked all the way twice, the staff is ALWAYS unprofessional & rude, & they are constantly out of everything.

I picked up pizzas tonight and along with the 10 people in there cooking, there were people in a room in the back MOANING like they were getting it on!!

You can’t make this up. I’ve spoken to a manager awhile ago for some issues and he was great. But wow… there’s a reason this place has a 3-star google ranking. Nobody there takes their job seriously it seems like.

Natalie and Jacob were both awesome at this Domino’s. They introduced themselves, were super friendly, and made the whole order quick and easy. Everything came out right, and the vibe was chill instead of rushed. Good service like that sticks with you, which is why I remember their names. Definitely a solid crew, ill be back fosho.

These guys are struggling, but they're still doing great.

This location has gone through some serious struggling in the last 6-12 months, but they are turning it around. It's still Dominos, so don't expect anything to be gourmet, but in the Quantity over Quality department? Top shelf.

Today Jacob made my food perfect. Perfect amount of toppings, perfect chicken, and great breadsticks.

The employees don't control the prices or the quality of the food, but they do impact the level of service. And these guys are killing it this month.

I eat from here all the time, can't say I'm ever disappointed in food quality. The chubby girl at the counter with tattoos is the most professional person there I've dealt with. The jalapeños are actually really good here too.

I ordered a pizza there last Saturday and paid extra for premium chicken on my pizza, and when it came there was no chicken. So I called and let them know and they said there would be a pizza credited to my account. I go to call today to get my pizza and now they can’t find my account in their system. I will never be coming here again. I wasn’t given a name and was pretty much told it wasn’t their problem and couldn’t help me any further

They just left two pizzas on my porch....and didn't tell us, so they sat on the porch for 20 minutes. It sounds like the entire staff is high....

Everytime I go there I hope its different its not. I have had burnt pizza to the wrong toppings. I call and then get hung up on. The manger at night totally unprofessional needs a lesson on communication skills and how to treat people. Its very difficult when they want to argue or hang up and not be responsible. I think you need new management or to leave roy.

I walked in the front door to pick up my pizza to a lobby full of complaining people saying they’ve been waiting for their pizzas forever. A minute after I walked in the door they called my name well within the time window they said it would be ready. Order online and they don’t screw Ut up and they give you an accurate time. Otherwise you’ll wait.

On the verge of never coming here again, were waiting for food and while waiting the manager was being completely disrespectful to all of the employees and kept degrading them, then afterwards another guy asked for the managers name and said youre gonna receive a report where at that point the manager started yelling and arguing across the whole store filled with customers and his employees at the dude who said he was gonna report him. Genuinely horrendous experience and if I ever witness something like that with a manager again im never coming back.

Do yourself a favor and bypass the hassle;

DO NOT pay ahead for pick up or delivery!!!

More often than not it's not going to be ready by the quote time.

Any order over $50 has to be paid with a card before they make it;

So the best thing to do is place two orders under $50 for pick up or delivery;
Yes, you'll pay a extra delivery fee but your food and money will not be tied up for days.

Then the most important part check each food item, if it is not to your liking refused it or ask for a remake and send the driver back with that message, faster than calling.

Also, if it takes too long you have the option to cancel the order without them trying to withhold you money or tie up for a few days IF they remember to void the order and issue a refund if you pay ahead.

This way you don't have to deal with calling the store and hope someone answers the phone within five minutes or the first three times you call.

If you are lucky enough to get the correct order. It's one of three things;

1 Not cut all the way through and/or unevenly cut

2 The driver carries the pizza like a briefcase or slams on the breaks and the whole pizza slides on itself.

3 No quality check
-not round
-sloppy topping and sauce
-way extra or not enough
-Burnt/or cold
-Huge bubbles, with no topping no cheese
