A water filter would do wonders for the taste. Roy city water has a very strong chlorine taste that overpowers the soda. My drink today tasted like soda diluted with pool water, unfortunately couldn't drink it.

Slow service, can't even answer their phones. Drinks handed to you made incorrectly about 83% of the time. Super weird to me because it's almost like the recipe for the drink is on the receipt that's stuck to the cup and it's still wrong. Love Fiiz drinks though so I drive all the way to 2550 in West Haven! If you want good drinks and great service definitely avoid Roy :)

Store is filthy disgusting, even the outside is gross. Repeated my very easy drinks multiple times only to be given the wrong drinks (nobody else there but me). When I call to talk to somebody about it, they do not answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and save the money and make you a much better drink at home for cheaper and you’ll actually get what you want.

I came to the fizz and I ordered 4 drinks but I guess they only heard 3 of the 4. When I got to the window and when I asked them to make the 4th drink they told me that they already closed. It was 8:57 on the dot. I think it’s is absolutely crazy that they refused to make the 1 drink. My sister (who used to work at fizz) was baffled as she knows it takes like a minute and half. They then proceeded to to close the window.

Not very happy with there service. I understand that I went there 5 minutes before 9 (close according to the adenines, I understand its frustrating when a customer comes last minute but is it not still there job to take the order/prepare it with good customer service) and I checked there close time before I went online said 11pm. Pull up to the drive through and there where to girls from fizz taking out garbage. That proceed to laugh at us (our windows where open and could hear them making fun of us). They proceed to tell me over the intercom that they where closed and I asked if they closed at 11 (cause that what is said online). They said no so i asked if they close at 9 and then they proceed to be silent for 4 minutes, while i wait for an answer. (They where waiting till 9 to give me an answer so they couldn't/wouldn't serve me) Couldn't even get a name. Tired being polite about it, Thank goodness there are other fizz that actually serve and are willing to stay open the full duration of there time. I love fizz and I'm a loyal customer but Ill never come back or recommend the one on 1900, plenty of other fizz around that actually do there job and not make fun of the customer.

Roy fizz is the worst! I ordered three drinks and there were three girls working. I waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes. Then I was charged twice for my drinks and when I pulled away, I had to come back and have them remake it because they forgot some of the ingredients.!!! Worst fizz ever!!!!
I just got back from a bike ride riding a mile and a half to grab a drink in the cold. I got a 32 oz with coconut being totally prepared to carry it home in a fanny. When I got the drink I had wondered why it was so light and realized it was only 3/4’s of the way full and never tasted the coconut to it either. I feel like drink places including Fiiz has become stingy with their portions even though you’re paying $5+ for drink, they either come in all ice or not all the way filled. A bit disappointed not gonna lie.

The drink I got is normally really good. It's the one I normally get. Berry bad doctor. This time though, the raspberry puree wasn't mixed in and was just at the bottom of the cup in a puddle of thick sludge. The cream wasn't there, and the coconut was added so much it overwhelmed even the puree. Couldn't taste anything but coconut. It was disgusting and it was a waste of money. But the other drink my brother got was really good he said. It was a Samoan frozen hot chocolate. I will consider it an issue of timing as we did order when they opened to get drinks for work, but as an ex service worker I know that mornings are typically a bad time to make orders as your setting everything up still. So I'll still be ordering here in the future.
Edit: I was informed by the owner that I was writing a review for the wrong location. This is correct as I meant to write one for the one in West haven.

It was my first time trying this place. Waited in line forever. Got a drink with flavors and coconut cream and didn’t even revive it in my drink i just overpaid. also go pretzels that were hard as a rock.

Usually a Fantastic place for dirty sodas but today I was let down I ordered a pirate jack and a Dr jekyll for my fiance both of our drinks did not have the flavored syrups so we basically over payed for a normal soda
