I was hoping it was a one time mistake the 1st time they forgot some of my order. But then it happened a 2nd time and i caught it before i left. This time i was in a hurry and didnt check, got home and food was missing again. I tried calling multiple times but it would ring for awhile then go to a busy signal I will not be going there again I hate that I have spent so much money multiple times and they always leave out big items. Its not like they were busy either no one else came through the drive thru and there are two cars un the parking lot

I don’t understand why they offer the service of placing an order ONLINE and tell them what time you will be there to pick it up in the PICK UP AREA only to have them tell you that they haven’t started your order yet. So then you have to sit there and wait for another 25-30 minutes. I’ve had it happen the last two times. They will NEVER have our business AGAIN.
