I was hoping it was a one time mistake the 1st time they forgot some of my order. But then it happened a 2nd time and i caught it before i left. This time i was in a hurry and didnt check, got home and food was missing again. I tried calling multiple times but it would ring for awhile then go to a busy signal I will not be going there again I hate that I have spent so much money multiple times and they always leave out big items. Its not like they were busy either no one else came through the drive thru and there are two cars un the parking lot

I don’t understand why they offer the service of placing an order ONLINE and tell them what time you will be there to pick it up in the PICK UP AREA only to have them tell you that they haven’t started your order yet. So then you have to sit there and wait for another 25-30 minutes. I’ve had it happen the last two times. They will NEVER have our business AGAIN.

Review: A Disastrous Dining Experience I recently had the misfortune of dining at KFC in Roy and can confidently say it was the worst meal I have ever experienced. My attempt to enjoy a simple dish was derailed by a colossal mix-up that left me utterly dissatisfied. To begin with, I had specifically requested corn instead of coleslaw, a pretty straightforward modification. However, what I received was the exact opposite: a triple portion of coleslaw! Not only was this a complete disregard for my request, but the coleslaw was also buried under a heap of gravy smothering my potato and chicken. It felt as though they were competing for the title of "Most Coleslaw on a Plate," and unfortunately, they succeeded. I tried my best to scrape off the unwanted slaw, but it was an impossible task. The flavors combined in such a way that it was clear this meal had no intention of being enjoyable. The coleslaw was soggy, and the gravy had a strange aftertaste, making the entire experience even worse. Adding insult to injury, I couldn't help but reflect on the service and how it's ironic for employees refusing to be paid below $20 an hour, yet fail to deliver basic customer service and quality food. If this is the standard of work that such wages attract, there is clearly a disconnect. Overall, my experience at KFC was a lesson learned. The food was unappetizing, the service lacking, and my simple request was met with complete disregard. I won't be returning, and I would recommend checking your order carefully before leaving the drive-through. Save yourself the disappointment!

Stopped at the Roy Kentucky Chicken tonight. Have not ate at one in years. The food was good. The gentleman who took our inside order was quick and pleasent and made sure to ask if we needed any utensils. I will definately be back.
