I was really craving some cheese bread and some pizza. The total would have been about $35 with the cheese bread, pizza and a few other items. I only had a $50 bill. They refused to serve me because the cashier didn’t know how to count the change back. Don’t you think if you’re going to work in customer service/cashier, you should know how to count money?

Never get acknowledged by the staff which would be whatever but our food was messed up. I want what I paid for, at least in a decent edible looking condition. My crazy puffs look disgusting and my pizza wasn’t even cut right. Fr do better

I went at 8:30 on a Wednesday and they didn’t let anyone in and had a paper on their door that said closed, short staffed, which is fine! If they were actually short staffed… cause I waited a minute in the parking lot to figure out what else to get and I glance in and there are like 5-7 workers literally standing around the checkout counter talking 😂
“Short staffed” but that’s literally more people than are usually there I feel like?? Also it was still open on DoorDash but a DoorDash person tried to do pickup and the door was locked on him 🤣

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but since our experience last night was a health/safety hazard, I felt the need to post. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, crazy puffs, an order of stuffed crazy bread, and an order of regular crazy bread. I got to the store a couple minutes before it was supposed to be ready. I saw that it was not in the portal and waited near the door. After about 7 minutes of waiting, they apologized to everyone that was waiting for their food and explained that they are very short staffed. I had no problem waiting a few extra minutes, because that usually means that the food will be very fresh. After another 10 minutes or so, a worker asked who was waiting on online orders and brought my food out a minute later. It was missing the stuffed crazy bread, I let the worker know and she went to get it. She added crazy crust to my pizza for no additional charge, which I really appreciated. When I got home (about 4 minutes after receiving our food), the first thing we noticed was that the pizza was room temp at best and the butter and cheese that had been added for the crazy crust was more on the inside of the pizza than on the crust, and because the pizza was not warm, it hadn't soaked in at all like it normally does. So we had a room temp pizza with a puddle of runny butter and random areas covered in parmesan cheese. The stuffed crazy bread was also room temp at best, but it tasted fine. Then we opened the regular crazy bread and I noticed what appeared to be a spot of mold. It was small so I wasn't positive, but I was concerned, so I removed the whole breadstick and looked through the rest of the bag (hoping I was overreacting and it was something else), and found another breadstick with a larger mold spot on it. We did not even attempt to eat the crazy puffs because we had completely lost our appetites by that point, but they looked fine. I understand longer waits, especially when short staffed, but I expected the food would at least be fresh and warm, and I do not understand how a restaurant can accidentally serve moldy food!

Tonight I waited for over an hour before being told that they couldn't make my pizza! They were obviously new, understaffed, and everyone seemed overworked and stressed out. I took my business elsewhere after waiting and being told they didn't have anything to make my pizza with. I feel so bad...as a doordasher, I saw so many dashers come in while I was waiting and get told orders were canceled while I was there. This was a big issue tonight. The manager was awesome and tried her absolute best, poor girl! She should be given a raise! She was polite, respectful, and helped every person I saw with both respect and professionalism. But dang it was nuts tonight here. I went to pizza hut instead. Sorry guys!

Honestly the new GM needs work. Tonight was miserable to see as a customer. The employees are frustrated that are on shift, its visible to all of us because they are obviously overworked, understaffed, and upon ordering my pizza, was told that there was no order by the GM, no supplies, not able to take custom orders, ran out of multiple items, and the poor employees seemed embarrassed, frantic, and obviously upset with their lack of upper managemet above them. Honestly..as someone who has worked for years in the restaurant industry, this isn't an employee issue its obvious its a management issue. Corporate FIX THIS PLACE. GET A NEW GM!

Just tried to place 3 separate orders exceeding $50 but each time, the order was cancelled. This wasn’t an issue with the system or an app error! This was the staff canceling the order. So I thought maybe there was a technical issue so I got up and went to this location only to be told that the pizza place isn’t making pizzas because they’ve been swamped, don’t have the resources or staff to accommodate the work load. We know you guys hire younger because they’re cheaper but can u please put some actual adults in the building. Not one single babysitter back in the offices! Corporate DO BETTER

Employee came off with a high attitude when I asked for a pepperoni pizza and he claimed he doesn’t have pepperoni or cheese or any pizza at all due to ovens being closed but at the end I just got some wings and went to Pizza Hut for the pizza
