Pre-ordered ahead of time, like 6 hours earlier. Showed up and they hadn’t even started it. Had to wait in-line with the rest of the “full house” in the lobby. Looking at the overall ratings I guess you get what you get!

Everyone was waiting excessively. I was told 20 minutes for my order and 45 minutes later I am still sitting here waiting. I keep hearing them tell people it’ll be 30 minutes now but there is no way they can make that wait time since people already ordered have waited 40 minutes. One lady ordered at 10 AM this morning and now she is waiting hear like the rest of us. Don’t have a mobile app to order ahead of you can’t meet promise times and figure out how to give accurate wait times if I would have known I’d be here for 45 minutes I would have went home and ordered delivery from somewhere else

Two stars for fast service and yummy crazy bread. The pizza was several hours old at least. I've never eaten such dry, crusty pizza before. Not worth $5

Whoever works on Mondays in like the 11am shift (Mornings) does a killer job making pizza. This is the second time I've been on a Monday around 11:00am and the pizza is made perfectly every time. Keep up the great work!

Pizza Was cold and the crust was really tough to eat?It was just not enjoyable at all and I wanted to call you get it fixed but it was too late.My granddaughter was heading to bed and I couldn't leave her home alone otherwise I would have been complaining

I currently purchased a ham pineapple, crazy stiffed crust pizza and cheesy garlic bread. The pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way though. I decided to call and try and make my our have worth the drive and cost. The phone was answered and i was immediately asked to be placed on hold, after 15 minutes of being on hold, we called from my wife's phone, they answered and didnt ask her to be on hold. They said they would remedy the problem. By making a new one. Not necessarily what i want. . Who knows what will happen to it. But they said 15 minutes for a new one.

I just watched a worker that was making the pizzas come use the cash register and wiping her hands on her clothes then went straight back to making pizzas without washing her hands and no gloves. I’m grossed out
Don't get me wrong I love Little Caesars, it's easy for dinner or lunch. Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this location before. Ordering ahead is a joke most of the time, it always take 15-20 minutes longer than the expected pickup time. We got a half cheese half pepperoni and it looked like the cut a cheese pizza in half and threw it in the box.
I ordered online through the app the crew where busy and behind but super apologetic about it

I order it online to be fresh, I get home and they gave me old breadsticks instead of making new ones. I just think people these days are too lazy to do things right and go the easy route. This has happened here and the south Weber one many times. You think I would learn my lesson and stop getting little Caesars, but 50 percent of the time it's right. I guess I just roll the dice each time.
