Order on the drive thru got the three meat mix kalbi short ribs, katsu chicken, and tempura shrimp with white rice and the green salad I got brown rice no kalbi short ribs just some fatty meat thing, and island fire chicken instead of shrimp never buy food here they don't listen and always get the food wrong, anyone who says the food is good are blinded by the lenses of nastolgia for a better eating establishment

This is the worst place I have ever gotten food from the chicken was hard a dry and just cold and then the mac salad was disgusting it was so thick of mayo and whatever else it had an absolutely no taste in it whatsoever I do not know what you guys did to it but I am just sad and it was supposed to be buy one get one free and it's still ended up spending 32 dollars for two many plates mix to meet there's supposed to be 14 something this is ridiculous I am beyond outraged I cannot even believe that you guys are still in business I hope I hope that the owner of this establishment gives me a call back or you guys seriously looked at this review before you ever go to the store this is the worst location with the worst food and it is disgusting at best I'm I know that business depends on reviews and you know what you guys don't this is terrible I cannot even believe that I even have to write a review about this house sad that you are taking people's money and you're okay going to sleep at night when you serve food like this sad sad sad when America is turned into

They have some really good food here. I was impressed by the portions as well, except for the khalbi ribs (which you pay extra for) they only gave me one piece. The pictures were very misleading on the rib protions, and I thought I would get more. Other than that, this is a good lunch spot to hit.

Food is great. Prices keep going up. In the past couple years an order of spam musubi has gone up $2.50. Somehow that's not enough to pay their employees well enough to not have them hit me up for tips on a drive through order. It's out of control. I don't expect I'll be coming back any time soon. I don't care for any place that makes me out to be the bad guy for not paying your employees. That's your job, especially after hiking up the price over 50% in a couple years.
