This is so far the best Filipino restaurant in Utah. Nanay Becca's food r very delicious and very flavourful. I've try different Filipino restaurants but so far I didn't find anything that can compare to this restaurant. The owner is very nice & sweet, the staff members r nice also. They have the best halo halo and shakes.
I ordered the lechon kawali, lumpia, chicken adobo, and avocado shake. Everything was really good! I really enjoy eating everything I ordered and the avocado shake is my favorite. I always order that with the lechon kawali. The lady that took our order is an amazing & nice lady. I love her! She totally made my day. She gave us a cup of broth that was not even a part of our order that taste like beef bone broth and it was so refreshing! I absolutely love it! The broth reminded me of home a bit because of how light and refreshing it was. She really made my day and put a smile on my face ?, so thank you!
The lechón is to die for. The adobo chicken wings are very good, and the rice is on point. We will definitely be returning.Parking: Mama’s cooks house is located inside ocean mart in the food court so there is plenty of parking for the store and other businesses outside

The concept is you walk into the shop, indicate your preference and mama cooks it as ordered. You may have to come back the next night but that's OK. We have been here 3 times in our stay of the week. The food is so good, home cooked (you can see the cooking in a real kitchen) and prepared with a lot of love. The owners are quick to establish a genuine relationship with you and that makes for a great dinner out. Don't be fooled by the absence of looks, the food trumps many of the restaurants around them. The prices are remarkably low for the quality you get. Ask mama to sit down after dinner and you will hear great stories.

Been here before with friends, but only first time with my husband and son. Service is okay, tho waiting time is understandable. Ate (the cashier) is very nice and helpful. But when we were eating, The owner I think because they call her mama, approached us, At first it was okay because we know she’s just being hospitable, which us filipinos are known for. She started giving us free stuff, It was really good and we are thankful. But then she keeps on coming back and telling us that my son is so handsome, which was okay at first, but then he suddenly KISSED my son. NO. I froze. First, we don’t know you, second, DO NOT KISS OTHER PEOPLE’S KIDS WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE PARENTS. Just DON’T. Not being rude to elders but that was NOT OKAY. We lost our appetite after that.Also, your Bulalo mami has a lot of hairs. idk maybe lashes or something.

Always worth the 2.5 hr drive!!Love seeing Mama Rebecca's warm smile it's like coming to your family kitchen, feels like home everytime. The food is always good! I just wish we live closer to enjoy them whenever we want ? I have tried the bbq (my family's favorite!), now added the kaldereta and kawali to the list hahaha mango shakes oh so yummy!
