I feel bad to have to give 2 stars because the differences between the day crew and night crew are polar opposites. The morning/afternoon crew are awesome! Friendly, fast service, and never a mistake with my order. The evening crew on the other hand is THE worst. I've come on several occasions before finally deciding to write this review. I can understand a mistake every now and again, however EVERY time I come anytime after 3 or so the service is almost non existent, and my order is wrong or always missing something, doesn't matter if I'm inside or in the drive thru. Tonight I went inside and ordered my food and sat within the play place with my child. There were only a few people inside but I waited over 25 minutes for my order. (which was nothing big or complicated) There are people that arrive after me who received their orders before I did. After having enough of waiting, I go up to the front to see what the hold up is and I'm ignored. I then notice a worker carrying a bag past me and see on the side of the bag my order number, so I follow her back to my table she is walking to and tell her I'm still missing my drinks. She then brought those. I also noticed people coming in after us that were waiting crazy long for their orders as well. Not sure what is going on with the night crew that differs so much from the morning crew, but it definitely needs to be addressed.

Neecee (not sure how to spell her name, she was on the first window on drive thru) on 12/27/25 at 10:30 pm took my order and was very very kind. We ordered our food but changed at the window and she was super kind and changed our order with no hesitation. She was over the moon sweet and deserves the recognition!

If we could give them zero stars we would!! Every Sandwich we got from there was made wrong after we were made to wait 10 minutes by pulling forward in the Drive-Thru line. To the point we had to go inside and have them remake every sandwich and give us the ones they forgot. To only see an employee's weeping the floor go back and make fries without washing their hands. So then when we got home the sandwiches they forgot the first time we're still wrong!!! And this isn't like a first time thing with this location it's every time you go there. And that's with not going there for months in between.

I placed an order through Uber Eats last night using the buy-one-get-one-free deal on the 10pc nuggets and also ordered two medium fries. When my order arrived, I only received one 10pc nugget and one medium fry.

I called the location, and instead of helping, I was told I would need to contact Uber Eats for a refund. As a GM in fast food myself, I know that if the order is incomplete due to the employees’ mistake, the store should correct it — not push the customer off to Uber. Uber delivered the food, but your team is responsible for properly bagging the order, and that clearly didn’t happen.

The customer service I received last night was unacceptable, and I’m asking that the store take responsibility and trains to check recheck and make sure all product is ready to go not just half the order.

Horrible, horrible service!! They just let the drinks and food sit after preparing! I had to ask for my stuff! And I received watered down drinks and cold food! Get it together!

My wife, niece, mother in law and myself, went into the store and placed my order at 4:52 pm for two Big Mac grinchmas meals and one Disney kids meal, my mother in law made her own order at a nearby kiosk at the same time as we did for a McNugget grinchmas meal. There were about 2 people in the store at the time. We then sat there for about 10 minutes and my mother in law received her food. By this time my sister in law that was coming to pick up her daughter (my niece) arrived at the store. We continued waiting for our food including my niece who had the kids meal. We sat there for another 20 minutes without our order. By this time the store was packed with people that were getting their orders before us. They didnt have anyone working the counter theyd come out once or twice in the entire 45 plus minutes I was there. They were caring more about the drive thru and DoorDash orders before their own in person customers. Eventually a worker came in from outside that wasnt the delivery side and started working before washing her hands. I continued to stand there and asked a worker where my order was she asked for my order number and I continued to not recieve my food for 10 minutes, the worker who then didnt wash her hands brought out 4 grinchmas meals to a table in the lobby before me and I asked her how much longer my order would be. She said I dunno whatd you have? And I gave her my receipt. She then made the food in about 5 minutes. I didnt get my food for 45 min. On something that took 5 because they helped people who came after me first. Thats beyond ridiculous. Ive worked food Ive been patient but they were highly unprofessional and when I asked why it took so long the lady that didnt wash her hands told me she was busy. Not once did they check on me or anyone else about getting my order done. Not once did someone apologize for the wait. It was like here take your stuff leave type attitude. She tried to keep my receipt. I contacted corporate. Ridiculous.

My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, so I had to wait. When an employee finally brought it out, only half of the items were there. I let her know what was missing, but she walked away and came back with just my iced coffee. When I asked again about my oatmeal, she seemed upset. I mentioned that there’s no point in ordering online if the order isn’t prepared correctly. She took a puff of her vape and went back inside. A minute later, another employee brought out my oatmeal. This experience was unacceptable, especially when using an app that’s supposed to make the process quick and accurate.

I should be waiting 20 min on the front register saying excúseme anyone is getting orders on the front and everyone ignore me i guess people don't speak English is try on español but the same thing i hate this location

We ordered our food and 20 minutes go by, we stand by the counter waiting for food and nobody approached us for another 20 minutes. standing right by the counter it should not take an hour for a cheeseburger and fries. We get our food and it’s cold.
