This is my third time in 2 weeks ordering on the app and getting home to my burger not having any patties. Avoid this location at all costs. There is always a 15+ minute wait and they pull stuff like this. I’m over it.

Geez I don't mind McDonalds when it's late or convenient but it's not the best quick service food. But going at night tonight it was ridiculous. It was almost 20 min per car to even your order taken let alone get your food. And only 3 cars in the whole store so not busy at all.

If you can avoid this McDonald’s do. The employees are rude. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody come and talk to you but then get mad when you holler back at them to get their attention. I went to pick up a DoorDash order and was notified that it was ready. I could see on their screen behind the counter that it was ready And I waited for 15 more minutes while watching 10 other Dashers come in and pick up their orders. The kid yelled at me because I told him I don’t understand why it’s been ready for 15 minutes and I’m just getting it.

I’m here for a DoorDash and i hear no replies from the drive through I see the workers in there at the window and knock on the window and they look at me but say nothing. I go inside and they also ignore me even though we make eye contact. Don’t ignore your customers.

This has gotta be one of the worst McDonald’s locations in the world. The cheeseburger patties are extremely salty and the bun was soggy with grease. The french fries were also terrible and soggy.

Ordered curb side since usually quicker then drive thru took way longer then it should have app say 2-5 minutes sat for over 10 minutes had to go inside to get it. no sorry or anything fries wete roomtemp but nuggets were freash. Went again 12/26 serve 2 people at other speaker that got there after me so left

You're better off driving to ANY other McDonald's than this one. They deserve zero stars for screwing up orders EVERY TIME. I don't understand how a plain double cheeseburger, no bun is so difficult. It's literally CHEESE AND MEAT. There's a female that takes orders and needs to be reprimanded for her attitude. Not sure why she's in customer service, let alone fast food. Will never support this business location again.

For a mcdonalds, this one does pretty good. My order is always correct, and usually hot and fresh. Definitely more hit than miss. There may have been a time when I got a Oreo mcflurry instead of M&Ms, but for the most part they do a good job. They don't skimp on the sauces, they usually give extra fries, don't put too much ice in the drinks, and they get the food out very quickly, even when it's busy. My go to mcdonalds.
THIS location is a disapomtment they always for get sauce and the fires are always cold i orded a hot and spicy and it was a burnt and spicy cannot withtjis place and they can even put the lids on right and they always for get my nuggets i would not recommend going to this Macdonalds

You charge 4 dollars for this “medium” iced coffee… when it clearly states on the cup a small. Then you wanna get attitude and argue about the size when it states on the cup the size… Rude staff and frankly they just sit inside and argue with each other constantly. Go to 1900 w or Clinton McDonald’s because they are not it!

Probably one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’m not a huge fan of most fast food but this one was decent. Had a killer view of the formula one race as well so that was a huge plus. Staff was pushy about their 30 minute time limit that you’re allowed to be in there which was annoying and they were pretty stand off-ish.
