There is a huge lack of communication here and the mobile app wasn't working properly. Placed an order and it went through, my bank was charged and had an emailed receipt. But they can only take the order number on the app? App wasn't showing i placed anything so no one would do anything or get back to talk to me to solve it because I wasn't going to pay to order again. Ended up walking out and opened the app at home and my order was right there so I canceled it, i was not going back after all that

I was in there and the night shift manager was degrading one of the employees right in front of the customer and everyone around I felt bad for the poor lady..I understand your busy and over whelmed but its no way to treat your employees ill be reporting you to corporate hope you get a strun talking to or fired so disrespectful.

Bad service and bad actitude from manager! They didn't get my order right after repeated two times! The guy who was in drive thru getting orders is the worst! I won't never coming back to this location. I rather drive to the Clinton one! Even though I leave right next to this one!

Went to get the new Happy meals for Hello Kitty/TMNT and THEY DIDNT GIVE US THOSE TOYS. It was the the right box and wrong toy. I have tried calling and they have hung up on me twice. BEFORE I even tell them what happened. I wouldn't have bought the happy meal if I was told they didn't have the toys. They also didn't give a receipt so I can't complain online. I don't have the store number or order number.

I’ve never gotten honey mustard when I order the nuggets. Always honey. The inside is always dirty. Mobile order takes 20+ to even get cooked.

The WORST McDonald's in the entire state. Seventy minutes. Placed a mobile order before heading to the restaurant. Thirty minutes we waited in the SLOW drive-thru for our breakfast order. They gave us our drinks at the window and asked us to pull up to the waiting spot for our food.

After waiting and waiting for twenty minutes, we went inside to find out the reason for the delay. They had given our order to a different car. We had to reorder.

Waiting inside for another twenty minutes, we FINALLY got our order. The homestyle big breakfast we ordered only had one quarter of the usual folded egg. But by that time, we couldn't wait to get out of there. DO NOT GO TO THIS McDonald's! No leadership. No communication. No quality control. Your time is more valuable.

Worst McDonald’s ever they could never get any decent people on the drive-through to take orders. They ignore one of the two lanes. They only draw from one side and let people on the other side wait forever just to give you the wrong order at the end or cold food. It’s like a revolving door there can’t be all people its management can’t deal with people or know how to hire people.

Rude customer service. Refused to help me. Was rude the whole time. Told me to go away wouldn’t communicate anything to me. Wouldn’t even give the lady next to me some ketchup for her fries. Already reported them to corporate. The regular worker she was fine and nice and polite the manager working 6:15 pm 12/03/24. Doesn’t deserve to work there. Horrible place

Food is mediocre at this location but the service is piss poor. There was nobody at there front deck after the self order machine wasn’t working and I sat there and waited for 5 min only to find out the the employee was sitting on the ground just behind the desk. The manager had to ask them multiple times to stand up and help. The bathroom was also left in a disaster… it felt gross washing my hands at their sink. If it was just this interaction I wouldn’t be upset but every time I come to this location there is always something that seems to upset me. I will be driving an extra few minutes to go to other locations to avoid this one.

I waited over 10 minutes for a hot and spice and 2 large fries on 11/24/24 at 11:15 pm and none of the food was even remotely close to being fresh. The service at this location is constantly horrible and everyone who works here hates their job. Do better.

Wow oh my lord. I come here quite often because I live 2 seconds away but after reading all these reviews my stomach kind of twitches . I seriously can't even believe all these reviews. How on gods green earth is this branch not shut down? I mean this is pretty freakin bad. 💀

I had a small break from work so I did a quick mobile order and picked it up at the drive through. The lady at the first window was great, but the man at the second window was clueless. After showing him my order on the phone 3 times he asked if I would pull forward. 10 minutes later I finally got my food just to see I was shorted my son's burger. This is the second time in a week our order was short. Don't go to this location, I know I won't go here anymore. On top of all of that our fries were cold and the burgers we did get had dry old buns

Showed up around 1, no one else inside and the place was dirty. As in tables weren’t clean, the floor was sticky with some food on it.
This place was gross to me, and the food was not worth the price imo.
