This place has consistently gone down hill. Used to know the manager Clarissa and it ran great when she was there. Tonight was the last straw. Got there and waited for 10 minutes for an incompetent employee to try to ring up the people in front of me. My food was already done but I opted to pay in store. Finally the cashier gave up and said he needed to get his manager. The manger took his time coming to the register and after another 5 minutes the person in front of me got their order taken. Then after sitting there for 15 minutes waiting to pay for my food the manager just walks away leaving me sitting at the register card in hand. Said nothing just walked away.. I waited a couple minutes while I watched off duty employees wander around the kitchen, then get yelled at to leave. Finally I had to shout can I please get some help? The only competent employee there, who had originally tried to get my food for me until she realized it wasn't paid, came out and rang me up. She was wearing a green shirt and had short red hair. She should be running the place she is the only one who seemed to give a crap in that whole restaurant. By the time i got my food, it was cold. We'll take our business to Marco's from now on.

We ordered pizza on Friday evening at 532 pm. An hour later I called asking where my pizza is and was told it was delivered, and it was, but to the wrong house. The manager I spoke with said I will have my money back by Thursday for the order. 2 days later I not only haven't gotten my money back but was double charged instead. Called and was told by the manager that they don't even have record of my order! I ended up calling my bank and disputing the charges and getting my money back that way. Terrible customer service and obviously terrible delivery service as well! Definitely do not recommend Papa Johns!!!

Ordered late app still let me order, order was prepared quickly but on point people were friendly in and out no complaints on my end. The picture is the morning after leaving it in the car becuase I ate almost half of it before I got to back to work and didn't want to risk finishing it off before the night was over.

I ordered some food last night. The delivery person just left the order on the front step. No knock or notification. I'm not sure how long it was out there but it was cold when we got it. Do better, Papa John's.
Worst pizza ever. Ordered 3 toppings on a large pie. Counted MAYBE 5 pepperoni slices. Took three large bites before I found a mushroom or an olive. Not enough sauce to taste and the dough was like cardboard. Used to love papa John's. Won't go back.

On Saturday Feb 24, 2024 I was in the store picking up my order around 8:15 pm. Time an details is very important if the owners or management care to solve the problem. There were cameras in the building. The manager, or who I thought was a manager, was amazing (female). The male employees didn't listen to request. One of the male employees was eating the dough, pulling his pants up, and pulling his hair back every few minutes or so. No gloves by the way while preparing the dough. The other two male employees was throwing food in the air to catch in their mouth. While customer was walking in and out. The reason I was there so long is because one of my two pizzas didn't even get made. Glad it didn't because I will NEVER eat at this location again. I know finding good workers is harder and harder. As a customer I'll scratch off restaurants to dine at or take out food. SAD!!!

Ordered from this location this weekend. Got the calzone stuffed crust and almost half of the pizza was undercooked and doughy still. My 4 year old had a piece of it in his mouth. Luckily I caught it before he swallowed it. Tried calling to get it fixed with no answer. Won’t be ordering from them again as that is a food safety issue.

The worst papa John’s location I’ve come across. The food is incredibly inconsistent and the bake of the pizza is ALWAYS wrong. It’s always raw or overbaked and they put TONS of sauce on and hardly any toppings so you get sloppy wet bread for $20. Absolutely ridiculous.
