Papa John’s is average fast food pizza. The edge crust is pretty good and the butter topping as well. However, the cheese, sauce, pepperonis, and underlying crust are all pretty bland. If you’re looking for some party pizza it’s a good option. If you’re looking for quality pizza search elsewhere.

Papa John's has been one my favorite pizza chains for the longest time. Tonight though i order original crust and it the thinnest crust i ahve ever seen. I am pretty i took soem things off the pizza as well and they put them on although that could be my mistake? I am saddened by this crust. Unsure I will ever order from this Papa John's again?

I ordered a pizza for delivery.. the order was a cash delivery.. The total was $23.00.. The driver showed up with the pizza, I handed him a $50.00 dollar bill.. ask him $20.00 change.. that would have left him a generous tip..
He told me he had no money to make change .. the pizza store is literally 5 minutes away. I ask him to get change from the store.. he told me.. they don't have change either.. he took the pizza put in his car and drove off.. I called the store .. they could care less..

Placed an order got 2 out of 3 of my items called was told that I would get a refund didn't offer to resend my item I had to ask for it to be delivered and was told they can do that but would take awhile since there was no tip on the item and didn't know if any driver would take it to deliver. I do understand that tips are how they make money but it is disappointing.

If you like your fresh pizza to be cold and exactly like 2nd day pizza that never got put in the fridge than this place is for you. I did a scheduled pick-up order for 7 pizzas. They clearly got made way too early. They looked and tasted like 2nd day pizza in the worst way possible. I couldn't give away the extra pizza after the party. I ended up throwing away 4 boxes worth the next day after trying to reheat some. Absolutely terrible! We will not be ordering from here again.

This location has gone downhill. Papa Johns used to be my favorite delivery pizza place. The last 4 times we've ordered the pizza, it was either overcooked/burnt, cold, or it had little toppings. Plus, they forget my sauce cup I pay extra for EVERY time! When I go in to pick up carry out, there's young adults working that don't seem to care about their job or their customers, with no older adult there supervising. I ordered recently and it took over an hour to get my order, and when it arrived it was cold and, once again, no sauce cup. I hate to complain, as to why I haven't called the store, but someone needs to step in or they're going to go out of business. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

They see peopole standing in front, and they just ignore them and not even care.to ask if people is here to place an order or pick up, not even ask for yhe names in the orders that are ready and getting cold on the counter
