Tuesday's are awesome a large pizza for $12.99 or family size for $15.99 and it includes any pizza they have! They are a little busy rt now but they are getting them out the door quickly.

Papa Murphy's is one of my favourite places to get some good zza and cheese bread!They no longer have their round cheese bread which is kind of a bummer. I don't care for the monkey bread they replaced it with, it cooks soggy.The zza my family always gets is The Papa's Perfect, which is half Hawaiian and half pepperoni!The people working are always so nice and make the zza pretty quick as well. We never think ahead to order and end up ordering when we get there.This location has always been clean and well stocked. I definitely recommend if you don't mind waiting 20 minutes to cook zza at home
When you order a pizza without something, then employee making should read the directions and NOT put that on the pizza! Specifically asked not to put Sausage and there is a ton on it. My daughter picked it up for me so I didn't know until she got home: I live 40 minutes away from Roy so it's not like I can go grab a new one . Maybe train better on reading special requests ??
The crew working on Halloween deserve to be recognized. I called in an order well in advance and when I arrived the store was completely overwhelmed. There were at least 40 people there waiting for their orders. Many guests became angry and complained, and some even went so far as to insult and belittle the employees organizational and service skills. Some don't recognize that there is no good way to handle traffic and volumes that high. They are only human, and they can only do their best. That's exactly what they were doing. It was not a smooth experience, but it was a positive one. Those employees worked harder than anybody in that lobby worked at their 9-5. I was still greeted and served with a smile. When I was handed my food I loudly announced that anyone in the lobby who thinks they could do a better job under the circumstances was wrong. I appreciate their hard work and hope the franchise owner sees this survey. Those employees are incredible.

The food is always awesome! The people are friendly and wonderful.The atmosphere is okay. It's a takeout place so nothing too fancy. I do like that we can see them build our pizza.

Ordered pizza to pick up. Received a message that our was ready to be picked up. I arrived to pick up only to find about 40 other people waiting to pick up orders too. Not sure what happened, but the 6 or so kids working here were scrambling to get caught up. I've been waiting for over an hour now.
We went in to get our order tonight and there was a line out the door...obviously it was an extremely busy Halloween evening for them. There was one "lady" in there that was so rude to these poor kids trying their hardest. She claimed she was going to tear them apart online so I just wanted to jump on here and say these kids were working their butts off and doing the best they could for the volume of orders they were dealing with. Yes we had to wait, but our pizza was good. Thank you!
