Our pan pizza was under cooked! The Tavern pizza was good.. I won’t be getting a pan pizza from here again… Marco’s here on out!! It’s sad!! I used to love Pizza Hut!! Even worked at one while in High School! This Roy location has no drive to deliver quality pizza! Maybe they need new employees or management that care about Quality!!!!!! That’s my 2 cents!!

Dallas was awesome to us, he was honest and corrected a mistake that would have overcharged us, and even went above and beyond to give my sick daughter and I water bottles. Employee of the month!!

It's an okay Pizza Hut. It's just a Pizza Hut. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot though unless you only do right turns.

I called ahead to place an order and it went through the central ordering center and they bitched things up several times, including hanging up on me when I asked for a receipt.
I called the location directly, Luke answered and was so HELPFUL!! He was kind, and quick to correct the terrible job of the call center. 5 STARS to Luke ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, 1 star to Pizza Hut call center.

Oh where do I even start, this pizza hut has been the highlight of my day, the light of my dark twisted world. The bacon cheese sticks and the only thing keeping the baby inside me alive. the manager is super kind and remembers everyone's order. Hes the goat and super tuff

The whole parking lot is more damaged than a roads on a war torn country, people could count driving in this parking lot location as going off-roading….or compare it to driving in a 3rd world country.. its not enjoyable being pregnant and picking up my order, franchise owner needs to demand landlord to fix pavement, or if they own location they need to fix their mess.. --pizza was great
