I've been going to this location for years and we love their coffee! Not only is there coffee the best around.. But their prices are HALF what other places like Starbucks, Dutch Bros ect charge you! Big shout out to the staff for always being so friendly with big smiles! Highly recommend! 5+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! ☕???
Until today, I have always just used their drive thru. I have been missing out! The inside is so cute. Plenty of seats and it feels so cozy! Perfect place for coffee with a friend.

I’m all for coffee shops that aren’t Starbucks. Smaller coffee chains are great and local shops are even better. But a common theme to many of the Scooter locations has deterred me from ever coming back. This theme is a strong emphasis on up-selling. I’m sorry but I just don’t want to be pressured into a sales gimmick every step of my order. It’s aggressive, unwanted, annoying, and rude and it also comes off the wrong way. Sorry not sorry that I just want a small coffee with no add-ons, I shouldn’t be made to feel bad about that. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where I won’t get pestered, unless of course this company decides to shape up and treat their customers better! PLEASE FIX THIS!
Terrible staff this morning. I was blatantly ignored by two female baristas. They both saw me at the counter. Uttered no welcome or words. I waited patiently and flagged down one. She brushed me off and said they will be there. Waited some more. They hid behind the wall chatting away. Finally decided their lack of professionalism and care is not worth my money. First and last time. I walked out of there. Sadly. I was really excited to try this place out. Do no recommend.

seems like maybe you guys were training someone new so it's understandable, but waited nearly 20 minutes and never got my bagel sandwich. on top of that ended up getting in trouble at my work for the extra 5 minute wait i decided to take for the sandwich since we're understaffed, not necessarily angry just disappointed to be spending all that money and never receive the proper order.

Ordered a chai latte and pretzel sticks. Coffee was so sweet it was sickening. Tasted more like sugar than coffee. The pretzel bites were mostly flavorless. There was no salt. The only thing that made eating them bearable was the cheese sauce. This is my 2nd time at scooters and I'm disappointed to report that the 1st time wasn't any better. That time I ordered a white mocha. Super gross and too sweet. I do not recommend getting coffee here. The cookies are ok but not great.

Love the layout of the place. We use to come multiple times. Each time the service was terrible! Your staff is not friendly and certainly does not live up to your service statement. The coffee has been cold every time, so we stopped coming. We decided to try it again today, and when we again returned our cold coffee, they said they would fix it and seemed put out and we never brought us new coffee or called our name so we went up to the counter to get the coffee and there was no apology. Your customer service is non-existent still.

I got a breakfast burrito and a small coffee, cost me almost 11 bucks. The burrito is so small it wouldn't fill up an 8 year old. I could get way more food for the money anywhere else this place is stingy not going back, I asked for a water cup they tried to charge me an extra $1 for water.....
