I watched an employee be super unfair with a latin family today and it msde me feel uncomfortable. Management needs to work on this ASAP! This family was respectful and was there to have a goodnight. He gave them a hard night. Kept shutting their lanes and talking about them to other people there.

Very disappointed in the service I received today. I went with my family to spend quality time. The guy ended up charging us for 10 people when there was only 7 of us. He charged us for two games and for shoes for three people who didn’t exist. A total of $60 When we realized, I went to go talk to him and he refused to refund us because they have a “no refund” policy. I asked him to be reasonable and understand that it was a genuine miscommunication. He called the manager and came back to tell me he was going to give me $30 back and that we had to leave the place or he was going to call the police! We didn’t even get to finish bowling because they shut off both sections. ALL BECAUSE WE WERE OVERCHARED!!!! I had him call the manager so I could talk to her. From what I got from her is that he told her that apparently we had paid for 10 people and the 3 people didn’t show up and we wanted a refund. He tried to switch the story. He ruined our family day over some unreasonable money charged that he wanted to keep. They charged us $60 more for three people that never existed! Worst service and to top it off. For them to threaten us to call the cops because we needed to leave after being given $30 dollars back not even THE FULL AMOUNT THAT WE WERE OVER CHARGED! I don’t recommend this place at all!! RACISM WRITTEN ALL OVER!

This used to be my favorite places to bowl for years. The new manager has upped the prices to an absolutely absurd amount. For 3 people to play 2 games it was a total of $88. It would make sense if this was a 4 story luxury bowling lounge in downtown LA (which I would still never pay for) but Sparetime lanes is not that. Bowling used to be one of the most affordable family activities and this place has turned that into the complete opposite. It makes me so sad because this was my favorite place but now it is an absolute rip off. I hope the new manager gets a wake up call and stops trying to scam people. 2 games for 3 people should never be more than about $35 and they’re trying to charge triple. I hope they know they are going to lose a lot of loyal customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

The manager is now insisting on charging $87 for 3 people to bowl 2 games after 9:00pm. They need a wake up call. If you want to pay with a credit card, that $87 turns into $100+. This is for 1.5hrs of bowling. If you show up and they’re only open for less than 1.5hr, you will still be charged full price.
This is a “new” policy I am told. I watched 3 other families leave after us to go elsewhere.

Awsome joint!! The staff is amazing and so kind!! Sabrina and Amanda are the G.O.A.T!!! The food is amazing and comes out so fast! (The burgers are the best) they accommodate children, special needs, and elderly so very well! Awsom music and vibes! The bar is my favorite to go and kick it! Best customer service I’ve had in a while! I loves being able to mini golf without being rushed! Highly recommend to go to spend time with your family, or go to the bar with your buddies!
It's a bowling alley, plenty of space to not be on top of other players. Food check. Bar check. Kid friendly check. Lanes seem well taken care of too!!

This place is a mess you have bosses drinking on the job people letting go for something someone else is responsible for food sucks where are the owners health department needs to know how the food is cooked fried in the same as fish this place is going down hill and no one cares

They don't have a/c in this place. Went for a family event in August thinking we could do something fun together in the cool air. Wrong! The main room they had portable fans to help if you were lucky enough to get one. In the bathroom there was no a/c at all.
