Just went thru the drive thru for a Pike coffee with 3 sugars. I got a Pike coffee with 3 creams. I’m not a fan of any cream in coffee. The order showed correct on the screen and she repeated the order correctly. Why so hard to get an easy order correct. I know I bear some responsibility for not checking, but still disappointed.

I get coffee here every single morning. Kora is so sweet & makes my coffee perfect every single time she can. When I’m out of town I hate getting it anywhere else because they just don’t know how to make it. She sometimes will right a little message or put a smiley face & it makes my day! Somedays that’s all you need is a little gesture that changes your whole morning! Best Starbucks out there!

I absolutely LOVE this location and so glad that they were built out this way. I can see some of the reviews are harsh with these guys, but as someone that's worked Starbucks, I know all to well what these guys go through on a day to day basis. I've had nothing but an outstanding experience from the whole team ranging from the morning, mid and night team. Keep up the great work guys!

My family and I went in today for the fall drinks as just a Sunday treat. They had a car parked in the drive thru going the wrong direction. My husband had to walk in to see if they were open, the girl at the front was very abrupt with him and short. The dining was open so we went in. Automatically we noticed the mess, all the trash cans were overflowing, the floors were sticky and filthy, the counters and tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down all weekend. The girl that took our order had a very unfriendly attitude about her and a sticker on her forehead (not very professional). This place is still so new to the are but you wouldn’t be able to tell with how the interior looked.

Waited for an iced chai for far longer than it takes to make an iced chai, only to discover to my chagrin that it was 70-80% ice and milk, hardly any spices. I’m not asking for a British trade ship worth of cinnamon, but I’d like more than a sneeze worth of the stuff. The place was run by a bunch of young things, so I can’t complain too much, but it was disappointing for a $6.60 dollar 16oz drink. At least they had the option not to tip. I wouldn’t even dump this in the Boston harbour.
