People not taking off an changing their gloves after touching money, touching my food afterwards. cross contamination. Could get someone really sick, Other than that alright food for the price. Ingredients could be fresher though.

We usually are satisfied with this location. They at least manage to get our order right most of the time, which doesn't seem to be a given most places anymore. We get an order from them at least a couple of weekends a month. However, we will never be returning after the treatment we received this afternoon. We placed our usual order online only to be told they didn't have any record of it. After checking our email, we discovered our order had been cancelled somehow ten minutes after we placed it. I do not know how it got cancelled. WE didn't cancel it. The Subway employees claim they aren't capable of cancelling orders on their end. It got cancelled somehow. Fine, I'm not faulting anyone. Where it all fell short is in the employees treatment of us. They were downright rude and refused to do anything to help us, including just going ahead and making the order while we waited, which we would have paid for. That is NOT the correct response when a hungry customer comes in with a problem with the online ordering. I'm not hopeful that anyone will bother to train these kids to do any better, because that seems to be the trend now in fast food. Nobody cares anymore, apparently no one is being paid to care, just to be warm bodies holding the door open during business hours. I'm sad, because this was our go-to place to grab a sandwich to take to the park every Saturday.
