The employees are the WORST people ive ever dealt with (specifically night crew, haven’t really visited in the day). They are so disrespectful and talk bad about you IN THE OPEN RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. they ALWAYS manage to get more order completely wrong somehow. I work in customer service and I KNOW how hard it is sometimes but there is NO excuse for service like this. Its so filthy and as someone who worked in food, if my location looked like this, we would have been closed down!!!!

Man. Nothing more disappointing than ordering food. Being asked if it’s correct on the screen. Getting home to find out not a single thing on the order was right. In turn paying almost double for my meal. And not being able to eat anything that was given to me. This location is going downhill at a rapid pace. Train the employees right.!! This shouldn’t happen. I will not be returning to this location again. After all these years.

I didn't get anything I ordered. I ordered through DoorDahs; they're supposed to prepare the food and deliver it sealed. There were no straws in my order, no sauces, and the food wasn't the way I ordered it and I also talk to the stupid guy at night I called the man who works at night because I order in person or by delivery and he always puts cream or tomato when I say no because I am allergic and I spend 80 dollars for food that is not what I ordered in the end and he is an irresponsible person

What happened to customer service? Ever since COVID you can't get an actual person to help you and this taco bell is no different. They look at you standing there as if you don't belong there. I stood there for 10 minutes without one single employee acknowledging me. Ridiculous!

The Manger did not give me my food for 15 minutes and I saw her bullshiting with her coworkers then I didn't even get my drinks so I grabbed them after waiting for 20 minutes for my food not very impressed 🙃
