There were two staffs, one named June and the other staff left to go to the kitchen. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.

As a Florida resident, I have been a long-time customer of TSC. I recently visited the location in Roy, Utah while traveling. My husband and I both ordered smoothies, but neither smoothie was completely blended. Chunks of food kept getting stuck in our straws and we had to pull the straw out and remove the clog from the other end. After numerous times, we eventually gave up and threw away the "smoothie." Never had this problem at any other TSC location. Pretty disappointing.

We got a free smoothie or bowl coupon from T-Mobile Tuesdays so that’s what brought us here and I’m glad it did! We ordered via the app as we were heading there and it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The smoothie was really good with lots of flavor, the bowl was even better and only a couple dollars more in price - it had about half a smoothly in the bottom with fruit on top. The menu said “fresh fruit” but it was definitely canned pineapple (I don’t mind but I’m sure some would) and fresh pineapple. My wife got a flatbread sandwich while we were there and it was very flavorful, just a little pricey for how small it was. Nice atmosphere, great service. I’d go again.

You guys really need to clean your hands. There is no reason why all of my bowls and even all the spoons in this bag should be covered in sticky stuff.

ROXBERRY IS BETTER!!! I placed my order for pick up. First time walking in to pick up my order. The açaí bowl had a very old banana. The smoothies were melted. I picked up my order right when I was notified on the app. No one greeted me when I walked in. I asked for napkins and the staff was not friendly and with attitude pointed me where the napkins were at.

i got a chicken pesto! absolutely amazing and i would definitely get again! the staff was absolutely amazing as well! ended up going here after their neighbors messed up my food :( definitely would recommend this place though!! first time going and i will be back!
Avery is the best! Everywhere we go, we ask for extra dressing and no one gives it to us. She took the time to check there was extra and made sure it was in the bag! Thank you!!

The smoothies here are fantastic. I ordered a kids smoothie and when we picked up our order my daughter saw a little crab on hers and she was so excited. I appreciate those little gesture. They can turn a bad day into a better one. Thank you !
In terms of the food. I had the pesto chicken, it was very good. The smoothies were good. Two things though.. do not order the kale and apple slaw. It has too much lemon juice on it and taste sour. Second, it is a bit over priced.

I love Tropical Smoothie, but there is no way this one is following the franchise guidelines. There is virtually no chicken in the wraps, even when you pay for extra protein. The smoothies today were not blended at all. Expensive. I've tried dine in, take out and delivery. They were different every single time and not in a good way.
