So bought cookies 3 from Crumbl and 4 from twisted, I’m a huge fan of twisted but my daughter really wanted to try crumble. I love the size of cookie at twisted! It’s not overwhelming and can finish it in one sitting. The fresh lime squeezed on top is the best! And their frosting is amazing and tastes more natural! Crumble frosting is good but I feel like it dries up and has way too much sugar. I’d give crumble a 3.5 star and twisted sugar a 5 on how it tastes. Plus crumble made me wait over 6 min and I was the only one in the store. As soon as I walked into twisted I ordered.

I ordered 14 cookies through online pickup and only received 12 cookies with no refund for the two cookies. The chocolate chip and caramel sugar cookie weren’t in the boxes.
We went through the drive through. I asked the girl who took our order to pick the best 6 cookies because we didn't know which we wanted and she did just that! Great service and yummy cookies and drinks! Thanks!!

The quality of the cookies has gone way down. The cookies used to always be amazing but this last time it seemed like the crinkle cookies weren't mixed sufficiently and lately the cookies are always cold and our of the refrigerator. Twisted sugar has always been my favorite but I think it's time to find a new place for a sweet treat.

We also recently ordered a dozen of their "party" sized, mini cookies for my son's birthday. They did a great job and tasted just as good as the regular sized ones. :)They also offer monthly special flavors. It would be nice if their upcoming special flavors were posted online.
