La Portia is the epitome of good hospitality. Friendly, attentive and kind service. If there were an award that you give to employees for standing out, you ought to consider her. She is the type of person that makes me happy to come back to Wendy’s. That’s not nothing. Wendy’s should be proud.
Employees are usually fairly friendly but mess up orders a lot. We had to wait 5 minutes for regular nuggets because my daughter doesn't like spicy and they ended up giving us the spicy even after waiting anyway.
