5.22.2025 we stopped by for breakfast before our road trip and placed our order, unfortunately they ran out of what we had ordered, but we had already paid. The staff was very apologetic and kind. Marcus The manager made sure to take care of us. The service was excellent and they made the situation right even with out us saying anything. They were very proactive and their customer service was on point! Thank you!

Brought my whole family of eight through the drive thru. We rarely go out due to the high cost. Sadly with six kids meals, burger king forgot the apple juices. Not going back and not worth my time to deal with it. Sorry BK you've cemented my desire to not waste the time on money.

This location has always been incredibly slow but the foods always been hot and fresh so I dont mind. BUT today I placed an online order waited about 5 min at the ordering window just to say I had an online order, waited another 5-7 min at the food window and was told to pull forward and wait. 10 minutes later they bring out my order and hand it to someone else. They call the girl back and hand it back and she brings it over to my car. the food is all cold and old tasting and the burger order isn’t even correct.

Ignored me for 10 minutes as I waited at the counter because they were clocking some highschooler out then the manager ignored me as I asked to place an order after the manager left. I asked if I would ever be able to order and the cook said no ridiculous service, Burger King is no longer the king of burgers

This was my first time at Burger King and will be my last. I ordered a lot to really give it a chance. Iced Mocha wasn’t very good I didn’t drink it. I also got a coke. Chicken fries weren’t bad. Cheesy tots were very good. New honey mustard wrap and spicy chicken wrap were really good! I tried an order of halfsie (fries and onion rings) I was super bummed they aren’t good. Their commercials really had me wanting to try the food. The worst part of my experience was the cashier loral I believe is her name. She was taking personal calls while I was about to pay. Another worker I think was McKenzie maybe but she was very nice and asked me to pull forward and park out front because they were making me fresh tots. I pulled around front and every single parking spot was full even the gas pumps so I pulled back around through the drive-through line. I told the loral that I had to drive around because there was nowhere to park, and she yelled at me because she told me to go park out front. I explained to her that there was nowhere to park out front and she began to yell at me that I was stupid and couldn’t follow directions and needed to wait for an opening to park but there was absolutely nowhere to wait because the parking lot is so small. I will not be going back.

Had my wife stop by here tonight and grab some dinner to bring home, 5:30pm. She ordered to meals, Spicey Chicken and regular chicken meal, waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line, not one thing in the order was right, wrong sandwiches, wrong drink, and all was cold !!Disgusting dinner so they must want us to go to other places who actually care to deliver !!
