Fiiz is my favorite soda shop because they have Dr. Pepper Zero! I'll go there 9 times out of 10, just for that reason. My favorite drink is the Pepperlada.

Got the Miami ice and it was beautiful present but taste like literal soap and I can’t get the taste out of my mouth. Had one sip my bf tried it said it was poison and I threw it away!

I’ve now had it twice where they give me the wrong drink after I verify twice what I’m getting. I called & was told if I drive all the way back they’ll switch it. After I’m home with my kids out of the car. Not impressed. Won’t be returning.

I’m sorry, but enough is enough. I was a Fiiz apologist ever since it came to Salem because they had some creative drink choices, but after legitimately 20+ bad experiences, I’m done. The pretzels are always dry/cold/hard. The cookies are frozen. The drinks vary wildly in quality and composition. The cups have failed on me 5 times, ripping open where your hand picks them up and spilling 44oz of sticky soda everywhere.There’s just absolutely no quality control here and they cheap out on paper products too much. I would say out of 30 times going there, 25 have been bad experiences. Sorry but I’ve gotta go somewhere else.

My husband and I are low key addicted to the flavored waters here! There is a lot of flavor packed into the drink unlike at other drink stops. We never have to wait more than 5 minutes for our drink even with a line of cars. One cute freebie is they will give you a doggie treat for your passenger princess ? ? if you ask! Service is just a couple points lower just because sometimes I feel like I have to talk really loud in the drive thru for them to hear but I do have a soft voice anyways so ?♀️
