It was amazing!!! The pizza had just right amount of sauce and cheese. They had so much hot and readys and I ordered a pizza they said it would be ready in 7 minutes and it came out in 5!!! The workers were so kind to me they had great leadership and everyone was working hard So this place is amazing best little cezars in the world

I choose to drive here from Payson VS the one in Payson because the pizza is just way better. They have fresh pizza made with actual melting cheese here. Also they have Soft dough non reheated. We do usually have to wait 5-10 minutes but its worth it if it’s made right. Payson made me wait 10 minutes for a shitty pizza that was reheated 😭

For the second time, I tried the drive up. The first time I went to the drive up. I dont know how many employees looked at me, but just kept on walking back and forth. After 7 minutes, I finally called the store. It was ridiculous. Then, last night I tried it again. Same thing. Sat there for five minutes, honked the horn twice, then finally went in. The staff was all confused about someone's order. They asked me what I had ordered and I said I haven't ordered. I sat at the drive through and nobody came to the window. Not an apology or anything. I got a cheese pizza and when I got it home and opened it. It was burnt to a crisp. Who knows how long it had sat in the warmer. I was so excited for little ceasers to come to salem but it is a joke to try to get pizza from there. Ill just have to keep going to payson or spanish fork for edible pizza and people who answer the drive up window.

Such a bad experience. Showed up with no one in front of us and they said it would be 5-10 minutes. A lady walked in five minutes after us and they told her 7 minutes. 20 minutes later we still didnt have our pizza. The lady who came in after us put up a fuss and the kid at the register didnt know what to do and gave her our pizzas after have waited 25 minutes at this point. It took a total of thirty minutes to get us our three pizzas. “Hot n ready??” More like “put in an order and maybe it will be ready foe you tomorrow”.

Kid wasn’t able to take my order over the phone because he couldn’t figure out what I was asking for. I was asking if he could apply the family meal deal coupon in store, since none of the app codes ever work on The app. It really is garbage. When I was explaining to him what my question was, he just hung up on me. Between the coupons for promotions never working and terrible customer service, this is why I keep going back to Marco‘s and not getting pizza at Little Caesars in Salem.

Had some of the BEST pizza ever! 7/13/2025! At the Salem store. The crust was thick and so soft! Usually the crust is thin and super over cooked. But whoever was cooking did a fantastic job!!

This place is good ig but the staff isn’t I ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizza and they said it will be about a 3 minute wait more like 45 minutes and there was a family behind me they got their food before me outrages and they kept the pizzas hidden and I asked hey can I get my pizza and they are like sure but they won’t give it to you and they don’t even cut it well if I could give it a 0 star I would

so me and my family were going to get pizza from this place and the service was slow and we had to wait 40 minutes for our 2 pizzas, and the people behind us got their food first and it was stupid, they were so slow they were like a turtle and a sloth combined. Even though i love little ceasers i will not go there. i will go back there if they hire more people, and are faster. Even people waited so long, i feel bad for the people that got pizza there, because of the service . Be faster

After a long day no one wanted to cook. Called in a quick phone order on 2 speciality pizzas on a Saturday. They had them both ready by the time I got there. Ive always had great pizza from the Salem location. Great job crew keep up the good work
