Ordered after looking at the online menu, was first told they were out of chicken so then I ordered something different and when I got there, it was almost double the price of what I expected. They told me that the prices had changed. I mentioned they should probably change online then and they should honor it or, have somebody fix that because that is false advertisement. They were not willing to do anything at all. We Will be going two Jacks from now on.

Why did I just throw away 30 dollars for the most soggy undercooked pizza, cheese bread and cinnamon sticks I've ever seen? You guys were not busy what so ever when I placed the order. Do you even try the slop you sell to your customers? I won't be coming back here and will be recommending that everyone goes to fat jacks or two jacks. At least they know what a cooked pizza looks like.
We use to enjoy coming here, however the “extra large” pizza. Is more a medium. The prices have skyrocketed. I hate feeling taken advantage of which I sure do here now. I will not be coming back Santaquin store
