I have ordered takeout and DoorDash multiple times, never any issues. Pizza is always loaded with toppings and delicious. I’m always hesitant to buy from here due to bad reviews, however, everything has always been fantastic so far 🤷♂️

From 5 stars to 1. The employees can't read because I either don't get my sauce or get the wrong sauces like tonight, and I got the wrong cheesy bread. I ordered online and it's on my receipt so it wasn't a miscommunication. It's not hard, I only ordered 2 things.

Marco's, in Salem, is a good pizza place. I had one unfortunate delivery where the pizza got damaged due to a traffic incident. These things happen, but Marco's did everything that could possibly be done to make it right again. ...and I've had other deliveries from Marco's that were flawless.

So disappointed. The one in Vegas is so much better. I've lived in this area for thirty years and it's ridiculous that these people that seem to be overacheivers in every other way don't care about the quality of your pizza!! What's the big idea using expired pepperoni in the pizza? Don't try to deny it either. I can always tell. I have a very sensitive sense of smell and taste. All I can say is yucky!!! The pizza was very sloppy and badly made.

I do not recommend getting food here. Tried them out for the first time tonight because I received coupons in the mail, which the website wouldn’t recognize. Spent $25 on a meal that came with a large pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks, seemed like a good deal.
The pizza was not good. We ordered a half and half, with white sauce and pizza sauce. Neither half had hardly ANY sauce. Couldn’t see or taste sauce on the half that was the white sauce. The other half had a tiny bit. I’ve also never seen a pizza with so little toppings. You’d think they had to feed 10 customers and only had 1 handful left to divvy up
The cinnamon sticks are horrid. I’ve never tasted burnt plastic, but I am convinced this is what it would taste like. Tastes like straight chemicals.
The breadsticks were good.
I hope I haven’t come off rude, I am just trying to leave an honest review. We may give them another shot, maybe the employee that made the pizza didn’t care enough to put a normal amount of toppings on. Should’ve taken a picture of the pizza, and should’ve taken the food back.

Decent pizza but they kind of forgot to cut it lol🤦♂️
Decent enough pizza and price. Good variety of other items to pick from. My only issue is they put the sauce cups in the box upside down so they often end up leaking everywhere especially the garlic butter.

Horribly ran. Owner needs to get a new manager. Unless they like loosing business. Ordered 3 pizzas waited 15 min. Received two and they said sorry. Instead of making and charging for another pizza they said to swing around wait for 3 people to order in front of me and then proceeded to say that will be another 20 min for their screw up. People need to stop being robots and figure it out. So the manager lost two pizzas and a repeat returning customer.

This was our first time going here. It's only a couple of dollars more than our usual pizza place if you use their coupons. It was worth it. The pizza is delicious and much more filling. It may cost a bit more, but you won't need to buy as much. We will definitely be ordering from here more often.

This was our 1st time trying Marco’s pizza at the Salem location. Came in on a Tuesday ordered a medium pizza. Once we were headed home with the pizza we were reading the AD they put on the pizza box. Advertising BOGO EVERY TUESDAY. It was a basic promotion that we didn’t know they were doing. So we called to see if we could get the get one FREE pizza since we had just left the store minutes ago and weren’t told about this promotion. When I called to see if they'd honor the promotion the MANAGER said I’d have to come back in and buy another pizza to get the deal. Informed the manager I had the receipt to show we just bought the pizza and she still wanted to argue. After going back and forth with her she finally said she’d make us a pizza. I declined. (Wasn’t bout to eat a pizza made by an angry manager) The reality is it was a simple thing for them to honor a promotion that’s intended to bring repeat business. Management needs some SERIOUS work.
UPDATE : Love to see the managers response to my Google review was to have their friends write FAKE 5 star reviews (mirroring my experience). Goofy behavior. It’s giving unqualified for the manager position. It’s giving this location doesn’t understand what BOGO promotion means. Potential future customers save yourself the hassle and go to ANY other location. They have MULTIPLE one star reviews about how they don’t honor their own deals, how they mess up orders, management is rude, and at this point they clearly have NO shame in having friends post FAKE 5 star reviews so they don’t appear as bad as they are.
Other locations honor the every Tuesday BOGO no coupon needed. Because it’s a running promotion every Tuesday. What sense does it make that every Tuesday people need to bring in coupons every time they come on a Tuesday. (That wouldn’t be very environmentally conscious) be so for real. 😆
