Rude service ordered the mccrispy meal Gabe me a plain chicken sandwhich and also ordered a kids meal didn't get the drink with it and the lady at the drive through window was very rude.

Nobody was at the counter to take orders. The self service kiosk was out of printer paper, so we didn't know what order # to listen for (because they don't bring your order out to you, even though they have the table numbers). No public drink dispenser. The ketchup was empty. A severe lack of tables for seating. The parking lot was small.
The only positive was that the food was made quickly, and had the same quality you'd expect from any McDonald's.
The least customer friendly McDonald's that I have ever been to. Will not be back.

The last few times I have bought there it has been a disappointment, * Staff who are rude and ignore you so as not to attend PLEASE RESIGN IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THERE, remember that people like me who are going to buy, you have a job, I am usually in a hurry and I can't wait for you to be eager to serve the customer and through the drive thru I did not order because according to them they do not understand me and they gave me the wrong orders which had not happened to me * Drinks that taste more like water than anything * Cold food and it seems like it was yesterday *There is a lady who is super stingy and acts like a genius!!!! I had not made a bad comment because at first I thought and tried to understand them that they were teaching themselves since I also see a lot of young people but it is already a lot and they need to change either the staff or the attitude and teach them how to cook well, otherwise little by little they will lose customers I would give them 0 stars but there aren't any?

The service here is awful. I went to the drive up and they have two pick up windows they told me to go to pick up window number one and no one came I waited and waited. Then I went to the other window and nothing. I had to drive all the way back around and tell them I didn't get my food. Also they cut corners. They will give you a number then never bring the food to your table. I have also ordered table service and they never brought it to the table. The atmosphere is annoying. There always a bunch of annoying kids there. They don't have a drink refill station. Most people only get one refill. It's just ridiculous because it makes more work for the employees. It also makes the customer have to wait longer to get a refill because you have to flag someone down from the back.
So my burger didn’t have any burger
