Honestly I felt that I was too poor to even enter this McDonalds, the food service was great at both at the window and lobby -
And the employees were the best part that I was at a lost for words or actions when they even asked if I needed anything extra after all they did.
This Salem location was great - it’s a shame I’m 59 miles away from it.

So good! The girl who took my order and the girl at the window (might’ve been the same person) was SO nice, but speedy too! Same with the boy that handed me my order.
The food was made to perfection—a lot of times at other locations they usually undercook the sausage patties and English muffins but these were just right. The coffee was great too! Didn’t taste burnt, just the right amount of creamer. Good job!!

I don’t even know what to say anymore. Every time I order a McChicken, I ask for honey. They always tell me, “yeah it’s free, we can add it.” And every single time… it never shows up in the bag. Not once. I sit there in the parking lot, open the bag hoping today is the day… and nope. Just a dry McChicken staring back at me. It almost feels personal at this point. I just want some honey, man. That’s it. Nothing crazy. It sounds dumb but it actually made me sad. Like bro, why tell me I can have it if you’re not gonna put it in? I’m not asking for the world. Just a little honey. I love McDonald’s, but this honey promise they keep breaking is starting to hurt my heart a bit.

went in drive thru for a shake and some fries, they didn’t have fries cuz it was still breakfast time, so they offered me a hash brown, i got a chocolate shake which was pretty good but it also had this weird pink whipped cream, but oh well i don’t really care. anyway good service, people there are great

Don't waste your money here. I spoke to the manager who just said he was sorry (I had to wait over 25 minutes for stone cold food and a bun that was so hard I couldn't even bite into it - I was first in line) . Sloppy put together food too.

I’ve been here a lot and I swear literally Everytime i come it is awful. Service is literally terrible I usually order just burger not even a meal and even when it is completely empty, I have to wait around 30-45 minutes which is just insane. The workers are all just in the back on their phones. The whole place is always dirty and it honestly seems like nobody is doing anything. Once I came with a group and someone spilled a full large coke. We all felt terrible. We went to grab napkins but of course they were all completely out. We went to the desk multiple times and yelled and yelled trying to get the workers to notice us and they all sat on their phones. Finally someone came over and we asked him for napkins and he basically told us to deal with it. We told him we had spilled and were happy to clean it up but needed napkins. He again was just like whatever and walked away. Finally that same worker walked over and saw the spill we were attempting to clean up with napkins from all of our cars and he was like “oh you spilled” and we were like yes we told you multiple times and then he went back to the back and never came up. The food is always cold and has no flavor. I wouldn’t come here. Go to payson instead.
