Holy crap waiting 30 min on the side after them coming out and trying to give me the wrong food for a 6 piece and cheese burger that is insane and people are getting there food don’t come here ….update 45 minutes

Place is designed for kids and doesn't even have a diaper changing table.
McDonald's has lost it's soul. There is literally nobody up front to take your order. Everything is done on the app or kiosk. The crew is all in the back getting the food. The play place is an absolute joke. I'm not a big fan of the design of the dining area either.

We love McDonald’s vanilla cones. The Salem location makes the cones with basically a small baby size amount of ice cream. So frustrating to have it gone before driving off the lot🥹

We all know this food isn't good for us. But this trip was a success. We got our food. Our order was correct. And it was considerably warm.

Who ever runs this McDonald’s, manager whatever they need to be fired immediately. Bro I’m forced to do this review. I’ve been here like maybe 15 times in the last 2 years but without fail I’m waiting at the “3rd” window for the easiest simplest order ever. A medium French fry, a hot fudge sundae, and without fail there will be atleast 4 or 5 cars behind me getting multiple bags of food and ice cream and they’re all cruising off in less than 60 seconds while I sit here waiting for 16 mins for a small French fry and my daughters are screaming in the back seat. I do not want to be a Karen but this McDonald’s has forced my hand and my name is now made Karen every time I come here.
1⭐️ = EXTREMELY SLOW drive up window service, when comparing to other McDonald’s restaurant’s (Santaquin & Spanish Fork). ***Average window order wait time from stopping vehicle at beginning of drive-up window back of line to finally leaving with your food is legit on average (20-25+ minutes)(Monday-Friday) (11:00-1:00 pm) lunchtime rush hours. *My longest wait time so far = 36 minutes.
***EXTREMELY SMALL PARKING LOT AREA. Most customers are forced to park across the street and WALK from (1 of 3 locations) = (Dollar Store, Stokes Market, or public residential street parking next to privately owned homes). Horrible oversight planning when designing this new restaurant.
***Overall this place is new & fairly nice 👍🏼 but customer service will be great or horrible, no in-between here. Some employees are amazing, most completely opposite.
***Avoid weekdays lunch hours unless you’re ok waiting in line for literally 20-30+ minutes daily without exaggerating.
