This is NOT a coffee shop. This is a sweet drink shop that happens to have beverages with coffee inside them. i've been here twice and have been let down both times. The coffee is weak and maybe even decaf? My stepmom ordered avocado toast and was served a piece of dried bread with an egg on it. No avocado in sight. If you love sugary drinks with weak coffee this is the place for you. i'm giving two stars because customer service was excellent and the girls working were sweet. My recommendation is to buy stronger beans, add healthier drink options to the menu and add cappuccinos to the menu.

My first time coming to this location was not good! I gave them a couple months since they are relatively new came yesterday and had a great drink! The girl who took my order and made my drink was cheerful and we had a great conversation she didn't have a name tag on but she did a great job!

Can I just start out by saying that I’m officially hooked!!! The Frozen Mr. B’s is my go to. I’m a Starbucks girl, but since trying this place out, I can say I tasted the difference in coffee quality. This location is clean and the girls are always friendly. I’m happy I found it.

The coffee was OK as far as coffee goes. The establishment was kind of dirty - spilled coffee on tables and on the floor, and my pastry was not great. The employees were very kind and cheerful. I likely won't return, but then I am a picky coffee consumer.

I have had good Beans & Brew coffee, I know it exists. But it’s never from this location. I have waited for this location to get out of its “I’m new and in training” phase for months and it’s still disappointingly not living up to the great Beans and Brew standard I know exists. The only time I received decent coffee at this location was from who I thought was the owner (guy in his 30s, maybe 40s) He made a hot beverage actually hot. Either there are no quality checks happening during the training of the other staff, or the manager is intentionally teaching his staff how to make bad coffee and serve cold food. Don’t even get me started on the weird customer service skills these girls have…Okay, to keep things organized and under control, here are my major pain points I’ve witnessed:- I have ordered roughly 15 hot beverages from this location and ONLY ONE beverage was actually hot enough because I specifically asked for them to make it hot. If I remember right from my barista days, latte milk should be heated between 130-150 degrees. These girls are barely keeping it at about 100-110 degrees. THIS DOES NOT KEEP A BEVERAGE HOT!- Every other drink I’ve ordered has been inconsistent in its quality. Every worker makes the same drink differently. I have ordered soy milk dirty chais for about 5 orders in a row and each beverage had a different amount of chai, espresso, and/or they completely left out an ingredient. Everyone is using a different recipe, I SWEAR.- There are two girls who do not understand the basics of customer service. I drove up to the drive through once and the only time the girl talked to me was to tell me the total of my order. No “good morning” “hello” “just one moment” or “thanks for coming”… it was weird. Also, I went into the store once with my dog and ordered a drink and a pup cup. I got my drink but they forgot the pup cup. I went to the counter and waited for one of them to talk to me or acknowledge that I needed something. Two girls made eye contact with me and did nothing, practically ignored me. I had to call out to one of the girls chatting (not working or taking another order) to tell her she forgot a part of my order. ALSO! When has it been okay to wear open toed shoes and unbound hair inside a food service area?? Unless I missed something recently, that is gross and unsafe.The easiest remedy to fix this mess is to check for the quality of your products being served by actually training your staff! Either learn how to serve a hot drink, and get the dang recipe right, or this location will not survive.
Beans and brews great experience first time there. Didnt know what I wanted Brianda was very helpful on the selections. Food and drink was amazing. Would highly recommend beans and brews to my family and friends. Thanks you beans and brews.

the santa clara location is by far the worst location i’ve been to . it takes 25 minutes to order and get my coffee when there is only 3 cars in line that’s ridiculous. starbucks would’ve never treated their customers this
