Despite other reviews our experience was as expected at Cafe Rio. Maybe their service is starting to turn around now. Thank you for the good food, service, and they even made some accommodations in our order with smiles on their faces.

Walked in to order a chicken salad at 7:30 2.5 hrs before closing and was told there was no flour tortillas, was not offered anything different. No smaller tortillas, nothing, so for the next 2.5 hrs a place that uses tortillas in a lot of menu items is going to tell people they can’t make there food? Why even be open until 10 if you can’t offer everything on the menu the whole time!. Could tell the employee did not want to be at work.

i placed a mobile order that was supposed to be picked up at 5:50pm and it’s now 6:50pm and i still haven’t received my order. i’ve been here before hoping it will get better and it’s worse every time i come. not coming to this location anymore

Order was just two quesadillas, was supposed to be ready at 5:20 it’s now after 6 pm. Manager is hiding and nobody is making to go orders. Leaving a poor teenage employee to deal with all the angry customers.

We love this chain big this location struggles. We ordered online thinking we would skip the in store rush but don't make our mistake- Go inside! When we went to pick it up 2 workers were handling the busy online orders while other workers stood around doing nothing. We waited an hour because our order was never made. They offered to refund our money but dropped the ball on that to. Items were wrong and dressing was forgotten. Go to mo'bettahs instead.

We ordered online on the Cafe Rio app. After pickup we realized that several orders were incomplete and the drinks were missing.
After calling to notify the staff, we were refunded the cost. The staff were very helpful and respectful.

Came in on a Thursday night and were severely underwhelmed. Dining area was messy, drink counter wasn't stocked, and employees were rude. The portions were fine, but it was slow and not tidy. I don't think there was a manager present and if there was.... they weren't doing their job.

Very messy. Employees are very rude. When I checked out, I asked for a large water cup- she said ok- and then charged me almost 4 dollars for the cup. Didn’t seem apologetic at all when I asked about why I was charged for a soda- instead seemed annoyed that I was even questioning why she would charge me that much for water instead of disclosing to me up front that a large water cup costs money. She ended the conversation by saying “sorry.” without offering to resolve the misunderstanding and overcharge.

I would drive across town to go to the other location so I wouldn’t have to come to this one. They skimp on the portions HEAVILY, and our online order was done almost 30 minutes later than it said it was going to be done. I will not be coming back to this location

One lady helping with orders seemed annoyed. It was not busy no line. The menu board was dirty lots of dust in front and back.

Ordered to go, picked up a salad wanted shredded lettuce got chopped wanted cheese, no cheese. Got cilantro stems all up in my salad. Chicken was so dry gave me hiccups. Guacamole was brown and wanted fajita veggies on the side forget about it! My husband got the nachos wanted queso got dried up shredded cheese and dried out steak. He wanted Guacamole got sourcream . So frustrating to spend money at these places and not get what you order. It's more frustrating when you have these same people screwing up your food wanting more money or more tips! I'll give you a tip, get my food right and I'll be happy to give you a great tip!
