By far the best French dip sandwich I’ve ever eaten

Probably one of the smallest most expensive sandwiches ever had. Bought two 5 inch ones for 22 dollars. Grilled Italian was a joke honestly. Bread was dry and old

I called in our order and the lady who answered was very nice. Our food was ready a few minutes before their estimated time. We got the Bobbie, cold, it was delicious!

Great sandwiches. My wife always orders a cheesesteak and then eats half of my Capastrami. :) Even though I remind her every time how much she likes mine. Luckily I like the Cheesesteak too, so when she’s done eating mine she is full and then I get the rest of hers. Thanks for consistently good food and great service.

Googled this restaurant as Mom, who is tired of assisted living food, requested it. The website stated that it closed at 6, so we came at 5:45 to get her food. Upon arriving, we were told that the grill was off because they were closing, and we needed to order a 'cold ' sandwich. We called her, but she didn't want a 'cold' sandwich; she wanted a Philly cheesesteak. I asked when they turned the grill off, and was told 15 min prior to closing. If that is true, the grill had just been turned off and was likely still hot. Had the website stated to come before 5:45 if you wanted hot food, we would've been there before 5:45. So disappointing! I won't be back to this location. I can't imagine that turning the grill on 5 minutes after it had been turned off would've required much effort. Clearly, these two young ladies weren't interested in customer service.

Was recommended the cold turkey sandwich today, hit the spot 100%. It was like the sandwich took me out for a root beer float. Will definitely be back once I can stop stumbling over my words and think of something more clever to say than “hey, read any good books lately?” ?

Honestly, I would just drive past it and find a better and cheaper place like Subway or Jersey Mikes. I'm not sure if it's just my experience, but the turkey and chicken are REALLY dry, and the salad I got was all mushy and wilted. The sandwiches aren't the best, and the bread isn't even cut through all the way, which makes it really messy. For the price, it's not worth it.

Entered to enjoy a hot Capastrami sandwich this past Saturday only to be told they "aren't making hot sandwiches today". That narrowed it down to a handful of options. Ordered a cold cut sandwich and was told it would be "about 20 minutes" wait time. Why?!?! There wasn't even that many people in the place to begin with! Went to use the men's restroom and found a urine soaked toilet. Disgusting. Nobody paying attention to the facilities. Gross.

Had the pleasure of meeting the "Queen ? of Coleslaw..in southern Utah's St. George - the quality of her coleslaw reflects the tasteful character that resides within!

Service is the worst part. Been there twice with a year between each visit. First time it wasn't busy but took an hour to make 4 sandwiches. Second time I was smart and ordered ahead. Sandwiches were made quickly but they didn't acknowledge me while I was waiting at the pick up area and the guy/kid put my order on the counter and made me sit there for no reason. Granted he had more sandwiches to make and he does take at least 60 seconds to paint mayo on the bread as well as the amount of time it took him to weigh the lettuce before being added to the sandwich.

We really wanted to like this store and visited often when they first opened the Santa Clara location. We’ve tried the sandwiches and salads. We like the turkey sandwiches but the salads are way overpriced for what you get. We liked the chopped salad w the vinegary dressing but the last time was the last time. The lettuce was sparse and so were the meats even though we ordered extra. One came with tomatoes and one didn’t. One was missing the dressing. Just not as good as it used to be.

Excellent service today. The ladies took such great care of my wife and truly catered to her needs. They went above and beyond for customer service and made our visit so amazing. The food was also excellent, and you could tell they really wanted us to feel comfortable. This was the best Sandwhich shop experience ever. We will definitely be back again.I had the philly steak sandwich that had so many flavors and was very enjoyable. My wife had a bowl essentially because she did not eat much bread. There are so many options and choices even if American Wagyu is available.
